Today is Monday and I was in the freezing sea for 15 minutes this morning.

When I got out someone asked me “Estas muy frio?, which means; it’s very cold? I told her “un poco”, which means a little bit.

A lot of people think I am nuts I’m sure, as I go in the sea every morning to wake myself up. I just like feeling alive and going into the cold sea definitely makes you feel alive, unless you stay in too long, in which case you would be dead, which would defeat the purpose of my swims. heating myself up at home with a radiant heater is a good way to warm up after I have taken a hot shower or bath. My body is trying to control the climate of my system today as I am very sore from lots of exercise this past weekend and really low on energy today.

This is normal for me at 55 years old and I have learned to slow down and heed my dads sage advice: “Davo, ya gotta learn to relax”.

Dad was right when he said that to me, you got to learn how to relax because it doesn’t come naturally for a hyper person like me. Well, I must say, at 55 years old I have learned how to relax. HVAC cleaning is something I used to never want to do, but now that I am more relaxed I can take the time to clean the HEPA filter and ductwork without feeling like I am missing out on something else. I’ve always pushed myself a bit too much and now I am finally mastering the art of relaxing. I’ll clean the climate control system today and go to the local business to buy some food for the week. I have to do my yoga routine today and that is about it as far as chores go for the rest of the day. I plan on meeting my HVAC tech friend and going to sit outside of the HVAC company there by the beach to watch the sunset later on this evening. It is pretty nice out now with this February cool weather we are having, but it isn’t too cold out to enjoy a good sunset with an even better friend. Thank the universe for friends!

I’m going to the natural store soon to get some good bread and cheese to make my grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese is a bit more at this store but it is really good quality and organic. They also have really good apples, so I will grab about ten of them while I am there and be set for the next ten days. I like to eat an apple every morning with my kefir so that I keep the doctors away from my body, haha. I try to eat healthy most of the time and keep the air quality good in my flat with my whole home air purifying system. We got our first paid music gig next month at this restaurant and we are pretty stoked about it.

• This is our first club that we will perform at for money and if it goes well we will be doing a lot of other beach bars this summer as well.

I am looking forward to doing shows on the beach as our music mainly revolves around beach life and things like that. I have been living on the beach for the past 50 years basically and most of the stuff I write about is about the beach. The local business that we will perform at has some good air conditioning, so we won’t have to worry about sweating like mad when we are playing. As for the beach bars, well they may not have any way to keep us cool except for some ceiling fans. But the ceiling fans are nothing like a good climate control system, so we are going to just have to sweat it out while we play. It is a lot better than playing in the winter though when the temps are so cold you can barely feel your fingers. It has been a long cold winter and my central heating system needs a break as it has been running almost nonstop this whole season. I had some pretty high power bills as a result but they weren’t as crazy as they were last year when the rates were really high. Next winter I will heat my house with the fireplace since we have a lot of wood leftover.

I accidentally voided our HVAC device warranty by trying to repair it on my own. This was really one of the most foolish things that I have ever done. The terrible thing about it is that I do not have anyone to blame it on except for myself. I dislike it when I do ridiculous things, plus I actually dislike it when I cost myself a considerable sum of money. That is basically what has happened in this case though. I initially purchased our HVAC device because it was supposedly one of the best ones out on the market. I thought that it would actually do well in our household plus that it would give me plus my family great air quality for years to come. Well, I assume that really would have ended up being the case for us if I had taken care of the HVAC device the way that I really should have from the start. The paperwork clearly said that I needed to have the HVAC device checked every five months by a professional heating plus cooling device expert. I was supposed to send in the paperwork for each time they did service so that my nice friend and I could maintain the HVAC device warranty. Well, even though the great warranty was one of the main reasons that I purchased this identifiable heating plus cooling device in the first place, I neglected to keep up with all of the required service that I was supposed to have handled. I ended up voiding the warranty plus it was basically my own fault. Now, I have this great HVAC device but it doesn’t have a warranty.

I’m installing a modern HVAC device in the office building that I own.

I have been the owner of the building for close to 10 years now, even though I haven’t done especially much work on it.

It was certainly in pretty excellent shape whenever I took ownership of it, so I didn’t have to do much of anything at all at first. However, as the years have passed, things have broken down from time to time plus I have had to do a few repairs here plus there. In recent times, I made the choice that I was going to have to do some crucial renovations because my nice friend and I were having some terrible complications with the heating plus cooling device in the building. Commonly, I would just let stuff like that go, but some of our tenants have started to grumble about the terrible air quality in their offices. I assume since they pay me rent every month, I should just go ahead plus get everything up to speed with the building. The problem is that I do not actually have the desire to spend all that much money on the building because I have a great deal of other projects plus investments all around town. I have to make sure that I am putting my money in the appropriate place, if that makes any sense. Anyway, I broke down plus decided to call the local commercial HVAC device company to have them come plus do some work on the office building. It is going to end up costing me a considerable amount of money, even though I assume it’s just something that has to be taken care of.

That’s something that I have learned over the years plus I tell most people the same exact thing.

Your heating device needs a little bit of help in order to be the best that it can be. No matter how wonderful or high tech the oil heating device in your home is, if you don’t have proper sealing plus caulking on your doors plus windows, the heating is just going to make its way right out the window, so to speak. That’s what happened to us this past year while in the frigid months plus that’s when my nice friend and I decided that my nice friend and I were going to have to do something about the doors, windows, plus insulation in our household. My friend and I were pretty much paying to send heating out into the entire city at that point. There were numerous gaps plus cracks in the doors plus windows in our household plus it was getting to be completely ridiculous. I felt like my nice friend and I were spending a ton of money on our heating bills, but our household felt like it was freezing all the time. No matter how high I turned the temperature on the control unit, the household was cold. That’s when I realized that most of the heating was escaping out of the household through one way or another. I finally did some work around the household that I should have done a long time ago. I put in a good amount of caulking plus weather stripping that my nice friend and I had never had before plus it actually helped with the heating bills significantly.

I’ve been laboring as a fireplace specialist in an HVAC company here in the city for the past year.

I actually like my task, plus most of the time I end up laboring on gas fireplaces.

Gas fireplaces are pretty easy to use plus they are especially convenient. Many people around these parts choose gas fireplaces for their households, plus that actually keeps me tied up at my task! Since gas fireplaces are so simple to use plus maintain, though, some people forget that they still need to have them checked out plus tested every once in a while. One of the main parts of my task is performing annual service on residential gas log fireplaces. I am certainly tied up while in the Summer months because that is the best time of year to service your fireplace. I mean, when it’s tepid outside plus you’re using the a/c device all the time, your fireplace is not really going to be busy! It’s nice to get it tested when the weather is tepid because when the rapidly changing temperatures cool off again, you will truly think that your fireplace is all safe, clean, plus ready to go for the frosty season. It has been most of my time at work laboring on maintaining fireplaces around town. However, sometimes people have certain issues with their gas fireplaces plus so I go out plus help them figure out the problem. Most of the time I just need to service an issue plus get their pilot lights back up plus running again. I adore being a fireplace specialist in the HVAC device corporation.

I don’t completely get why some people like to use space furnaces in their households.

I have typically been scared of using space furnaces in our house, for some reason.

I assume that it certainly goes back to when I was a little one plus I used to spend the night at my Grandma’s household while in the winter season when I was off of university. I didn’t ever really feel like my Grandma had space gas heating devices placed here plus there around the household, but she typically seemed to want to use them for some crazy reason. I assume that my Grandma was thinking that space gas furnaces would save her money on her heating plus cooling device bills. Now that I’m older, I certainly know for a fact that the electric furnaces were certainly costing her more on her electricity bills than if she had just turned the temperature control component up a couple of degrees. I assume that my Grandma was just too outdated plus set in her ways or something similar to that. She would use her wood burning fireplace a great deal but then when she got older, she got to the point where she wouldn’t even use that. She only had the desire to rest in her recliner, study her books, plus have her electric space heating device right next to her. I typically used to agonize that one of her books would fall on top of it plus cause a fire. Now that I am older, I have a household of my own. I never hesitate to turn the heating device up whenever I am too freezing though. I will never have a space heating device in my own house.

My sister was using the heating device in her dorm room as a shelf when I went to visit her the other week.

When I first walked into her dorm room, I could not even guess what I was seeing.

The place looked essentially like it had been ransacked. When my sister was younger, she was severely messy, even though I assumed that as she grew up she would grow out of it eventually. I thought that once she got her own place or her own university dorm, she would become somewhat neater. However, when I went to visit her that day, I realized that my hopes were absolutely unrealized. She was even messier there than she had been at home when my nice friend and I were living together! Anyway, I was meant to be going to her university to meet her for breakfast plus to spend the day with her, but the moment that I walked into her dorm room I was severely shocked plus aggravated. The first thing I observed was that she had an electric space heating device plugged in, but electric furnaces are completely off limits for people living in dorms because they can be a severe fire hazard. She was ignoring the rule about electric space heaters, plus worse than that, she had clothes hanging on top of it! It was like she was using the space heating device as an extra closet shelf or something! I could not even believe my eyes. I ended up spending the afternoon cleaning her room plus yelling at her about being more responsible about the space heater device.
