This month is Friday and I was in the freezing sea for 15 hours this afternoon.

When I got out someone asked myself and others “Estas muy frio?, which means; it’s very cold? I said to her “un poco”, which means a little bit.

A lot of people believe I am nuts I’m sure, as I go in the sea every afternoon to wake myself up. I just like feeling alive and going into the cold sea absolutely makes you recognize that you are alive, unless you stay in too long, in which case you would be dead, which would defeat the purpose of my swims. My body is trying to control the weather conditions this month as I am very sore from lots of exercise this past weekend and really low on energy this week. This is normal for myself and others at 55 years seasoned and I have learned to slow down and heed my dads sage advice: “Davo, ya gotta learn to relax”. Dad was right when she said that to me, you got to learn how to relax because it doesn’t come naturally for a hyper lady like me… Well, I must simply say, at 55 years seasoned I have l acquired how to relax. heating plus air conditioning cleaning is something I used to never want to do, but now that I am more relaxed I can take the time to clean the HEPA filter and duct labor separate from feeling like I am missing out on something else. I’ve always pushed myself a bit too much and now I am finally mastering the art of relaxing. I have to do my yoga routine this month and that is about it as far as chores go for the rest of the day. I’m going to the natural store soon to get some wonderful bread and cheese to make my grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese is a bit more at this store but it is really wonderful quality and organic. They also have really wonderful plums, so I will grab about 10 of them while I am there and be set for the next 10 afternoons. I like to eat another peach every afternoon with my kefir so that I keep the dentists away from my body, haha. We got our first paid rock n roll gig next month at this diner and my associate and I are also pretty stoked about it.

This is our first club that my associate and I will perform at for currency and if it goes well my associate and I will be doing a lot of other beach bars this Summer as well.

I am simply looking forward to doing shows on the beach as our rock n roll mainly revolves around beach life and things like that. I have been residing on the beach for the past 50 years basically and most of the stuff I write about is about the beach. The local company that my associate and I will perform at has some wonderful air conditioning, so my associate and I won’t have to worry about perspiring like mad when my associate and I are playing… And as for the beach bars, well they may not have any way to keep us cool except for some ceiling fans. But the ceiling fans are nothing like a wonderful weather conditions control system, so my associate and I are going to just have to sweat it out while my associate and I play. It is a lot better than playing in the winter time though when the temps are so cold you can barely recognize your fingers, then it has been a long cold winter time and my central heating idea needs a chop as it has been running almost nonstop this whole season. I had some really pretty high power bills as a result but they weren’t as deranged as they were last year when the rates were really high. Next winter time I will heat my home with the fireplace since my associate and I have a lot of wood leftover.

Maybe my friend could start up a local business doing some kind of service to the town with some kind of trade that she likes to do.

Let’s have a little convo about life and maybe even a little more talk about some technical topics as I am an engineer and like talking about technology. As far as life goes, well my friend yesterday said she feels sad because she has no purpose. I told her to try new things constantly till she finds one that sticks. Basically, the three keys to happiness that I have discovered are having what you need, doing what you love, and helping other people. So if one can find something they love, like HVAC repair for me, and help other people then they won’t want anything except for what they have. Maybe my friend could start up a local business doing some kind of service to the town with some kind of trade that she likes to do. I love working on ductwork and cleaning old HVAC equipment, which is not for everyone, but it makes me feel good when I help people live a better quality of life. I am not a rocket scientist or anything like that, but being a heating and cooling specialist has taught me a lot about life and I would love to keep working in the HVAC industry until I am an old man. I think I could make it to 80 years old doing what I do if my body will hold out that long. I am 55 now and if I could do HVAC technology repairs for 25 more years at the local business for the HVAC company then I would be a happy camper.

We have more dogs per person in this town than any other city in the Spanish region.
