I was so glad that I was able to help my good friend the other day by remoting into his computer. No, it was not an actual computer issue, but he wanted me to help fix the app that controlled his smart thermostat. His smart thermostat was acting up and not communicating with the app. He was unable to program the smart thermostat and he had to turn on his central heating and air conditioning system by hand. This is not how a smart thermostat is supposed to work obviously. He knew that I had some experience in heating and cooling from when I worked for an HVAC company a few years ago. I was not a certified heating and air conditioning specialist, but I knew some things about smart thermostats. So I remoted into his computer to see what was going on with the smart thermostat app. After looking at several things the issue appeared to be something pretty simple to fix. It was an error in the installation of the app. He had just installed it on his computer because he just bought the smart thermostat. And he did not complete the installation properly. So I went in and clicked what i had to in order to get the installation of the smart thermostat app to finish the instal process. Everything was then working great and his smart thermostat was fully operational as it should have been from the start. He thanked me deeply and said that he would repay me for fixing his smart thermostat app by taking me to lunch at my favorite pizza place.

When i was on my way home from work the other day I noticed that the gas tank was running a little low, so I wanted to fill it up.

I stopped at the nearest gas station on the way home, which I hate doing normally during the summer. Simply because I hate having to wait in line in the little store area where you pay for the gas. It is usually hot as ever in there from lack of decent air conditioning. However, much to my surprise when I walked in on this day the air conditioning was actually working great! This was not something I was expecting. Usually the air conditioning may as well not even exist at all it is so bad in there. But this day was different. I had to ask the clerk on duty about the central air conditioning system and why it was finally fully working. He laughed and said he knows all about it and what I am talking about. What had happened was the employees were starting to complain about their work conditions being horrible with bad air conditioning and they were in the process of arranging a strike to get a brand new air conditioning system in there. The gas station could not afford to have nobody working with as busy as it gets, so they invested in a brand new and totally up to date central heating and air conditioning system! I was so happy to hear this story. Cause even the customers were not liking it too much.

We just completed a huge renovation and add on project to our home.

• We built a playroom for our kids out of our basement.

It was quite an investment to do this, but we wanted them to have a fun and safe place within the home to do their thing and hang out with their friends. The last part of the playroom was that we needed some kind of central heating and air conditioning for it. In the basement there were no air vents or ductwork running throughout there. We had considered building some kind of ductwork and air vents for central heating and air conditioning to go through there. But then we found out about a much easier and cheaper way to do it. Not to mention the energy savings it would have. That was to get a ductless mini split air conditioning system and have it converted to a ductless mini split heating and air conditioning system. This cost a little money having to hire a certified heating and air conditioning specialist to do the conversion. But it worked out just fine and great. The ductless mini split heats and cools the new playroom great! It is just like having a central heating and air conditioning system with ductwork and all running through there, but no air vents needed and no ductwork laying needed. My kids feel great indoor comfort in there because of the ductless mini split method we applied to getting heating as well as air conditioning into the playroom.

It was really sad when the furnace at our church building broke down. I guess everybody assumed that the church would be able to cover it, but they were not able to afford it. They finally asked if people would donate money to get the furnace fixed before the weather became too chilly outside. Everybody was shocked but I was happy to see when everybody got into action. Not only did people donate money to have the furnace repaired, but people got together and went door to door asking people if they would donate money to get the furnace repaired at the church. They also spoke to people about Jesus and how people can be saved through repentance. It was a beautiful message that people brought to others. Some people were interested, some people didn’t care, and some people just wanted to give a little bit of money but didn’t want to hear any church messages. They even invited all these people to come to church, and I was amazed when I saw all these new faces at the church. We were able to get the gas furnace repaired and suddenly it was nice and warm in the church building once again! The real miracle was all the new people coming to church and they really enjoyed the services. I feel like we should be going out into the community more often and speaking to people about the word of God. We have all these new people and they are so nice. We have room for more people as well, so it would be good to reach out to more people.

Recently, I answered the phone and it was one of my clients. I am an HVAC technician who works for myself, and I always appreciate it when clients reach out to me. I usually expect people to call me up about some kind of issue with their HVAC system but this elderly lady was just calling to tell me how grateful she was to have me repair her HVAC system. It was during emergency hours, but I don’t believe in charging people an arm and a leg to get their HVAC system repaired. She said the other HVAC companies wanted to charge her an outrageous amount of money that she couldn’t afford, but I was there for her and didn’t even charge her nearly as much money. I feel that’s the way it should be and it’s a big reason why I wanted to work for myself. I wanted to make the rules when it came to the prices for my services, and I wanted my services to be fair. Because I have helped so many people, word has spread about my services and now I am booked all of the time. I mean, I can only do so much, but I help when I can. When this nice lady was thanking me and she asked if there was anything she could do for me, I told her to just spread the word about my services and give my business card to friends and family. She said she would definitely do that for me. This is how I advertise and so far, it has been working great for me.

I always would visit my grandmother on a regular basis.

I truly felt bad for her in her old age, especially when my grandfather passed away.

Eventually, I realized that she really wasn’t keeping up with the times. She had this ancient dial thermostat that couldn’t be programmed. Her HVAC system was very old and I honestly didn’t know how it was still working. Also I noticed that her air quality was bad, but she didn’t know what to do about things like that. It was always my grandfather who would take care of these things. So I ended up telling her that she needed to get with the times and get a nice smart thermostat with a quality HVAC system. She said she didn’t need anything fancy like that, and she sounded like she was scared of a smart thermostat. I think it’s the wording that scared her. So I had an HVAC technician install a new HVAC system along with the smart thermostat and a nice UV air purification system. I also bought some HEPA air filters so that her air quality would be even better. I showed her how to use the smart thermostat and she realized it wasn’t so bad. She actually prefers the smart thermostat now because it adjusts her temperature control settings automatically after learning her preferred temperature control settings. She loves the fact that she didn’t even have to program the thing. Her air quality is fantastic thanks to the UV air purification system and the HEPA air filters. I just wish she would get a smartphone so she could adjust the temperature control remotely.

Recently, we have been working hard to get our house fixed up so that we can move.

• We had to explain to all the kids that we are moving to a new place.

We actually found the perfect home that has a lot of space and plenty of rooms. The kids have shared rooms where we live now, but they will all get their own room! We did so many things, including having the HVAC system tuned up and we had a few HVAC parts replaced. We have painted and we have cleaned and sanitized everything in the house. We even had the ductwork system cleaned out. Well, we’re getting close to our moving date when we close, and we have been pretty stressed out making sure everything is good to go. I mean it’s exciting and all, but it’s also stressful because everything needs to go just right. Well, I didn’t think about how stressed our kids were also. They are going to be leaving their friends behind and that’s a sad thing for them. Our daughter recently got into a little argument with my wife saying that she doesn’t want to leave. Then my wife said “you can just stay here then!” That’s when our daughter said, “Fine, I guess I come with the house!” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, and I guess everybody is just stressed out to the max. I had a talk with my daughter and said that she would like the new house and she would be able to make new friends. I was happy that I was able to cheer her up a little before we moved.

My spouse and I have been trying to save as much money as the people I was with and I can lately, then every one of us absolutely want to buy a new apartment because the people I was with and I want to start a family as soon as possible.

Well, since the people I was with and I are trying to save money, the people I was with and I have been putting off repairs that need to be made around our new house.

Every one of us also suppose that the people I was with and I are going to have to sell our apartment once the people I was with and I do have enough money saved so the people I was with and I aren’t in a rush to repair things around the house. That being said, the people I was with and I have been putting off repairing the furnace for about a year now. Well, the Winter season is about to start so I suppose that the people I was with and I will need a working furnace to get us through the Winter season. So, I called a local Heating and A/C corporation to see if they could supply myself and others a estimate to repair our furnace. They sent out an Heating and A/C tech to assess our furnace to supply a correct quote. Well, when the Heating and A/C tech looked at the furnace, I knew that he was going to supply us a legitimately high quote. I knew all along that the people I was with and I should have just had the furnace repaired when it started cutting down last winter, but the people I was with and I just weren’t in the right locale financially to get the furnace repaired. I guess moving forward the people I was with and I just have to make sure that the people I was with and I are taking care of our apartment because the people I was with and I don’t want to get ourselves into another situation love this where the people I was with and I have to pay more money in the end.

The other day she brought apartment a fantastic articulate young man who was able to help us program our new smart Heating and A/C thermostat and help myself and others reclaim some files from my laptop. His father owned an Heating and A/C corporation that he would eventually take over, however my spouse and I had dreams of having a son-in-law that would supply us the “family discount” on our Heating and A/C repair and cleaning needs. Unfortunately, as soon as my daughter realized how well the people I was with and I were getting along with our Heating and A/C godsend, she dumped him in favor of someone whose only skill was with an Xbox gaming console and who conversed using one syllable grunting noises.

 

 

Heating technology

I have not been feeling well for the last few weeks.

It’s not appreciate I have awful headaches or something that makes getting around everyday difficult.

However, I have been stuffed up plus had a cough for what feels appreciate months now. I even went to the doctor to see what was going on with me, however he couldn’t figure it out plus just said that it was most likely awful allergies. So I took some flu symptom medicine but that didn’t help legitimately much at all; Late a single night last week, I decided that I needed to start pulling out all our old Springtime clothes plus go through them before the season chanaged. When I was pulling out the bins of Springtime clothes from the back of our closets, I observed that there was bright yellow mold all over them. I knew that this was not nice so I called our landlord instantly to come over plus take a look at all the mold. I started to look all around to see if I could find any more mold plus when I opened the closet that holds our HVAC system plus there was so much mold I almost screamed. I knew instantly that the mold that covered our HVAC system was the reason that I was feeling so sick for weeks. I think that our landlord will need to replace our HVAC system because I don’t think I am going to start feeling better until all the mold is gone plus I don’t think how to deep clean an HVAC system.
