I periodically know I bit off more than I can chew, i am an opportunistic person, so when I had our dream task offer myself and others a position, even if it had myself and others laboring insane hours, I jumped on it… Then, as if it couldn’t get any better, I found a website that I suddenly became popular on, plus I became a top rated writer on, that also made enough money for myself and others to make a living off of.

I just kept getting more plus more good fortune after that, like getting a highly dependable vehicle for a cheap price, because our best friend owns a dealership.

I particularly thought it couldn’t get any better, but I just kept getting good luck! Unfortunately, it started becoming difficult to keep up with all of it. I enjoyed our dream task plus our writing hobby so much, but they began to overlap, plus I found myself getting overwhelmed. It didn’t help that I was having some issues with our home as well, mainly with our heating plus cooling system. I’m still learning how to handle this much responsibility as I am used to handling a small proper task. I’m going to have to make time for both our task plus our hobby in our schedule, because I refuse to give either up, but as for our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device, I already have a plan for it. I guess our buddy works on heating systems plus a/cs for a reduced price, he is a retired Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional, so it would be good if I can get him to work on our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method.

It is incredible what technology can do nowadays! Everyday it seems love they are coming out with up-to-date ideas that were previously thought to be impossible.

Brilliant minds create brilliant inventions, which can greatly help society as a whole.

I can’t wait to see what it looks love in the next 20-30 years from now! Anyways, I have recently discovered the smart thermostat. In case you didn’t know, a smart thermostat is basically a thermostat you can control from your PC, then so even if you are away from your home, you can control the temperature of your home. I used to have issues with my condo being overly chilly when the heating system was not on. I obviously didn’t want to have my gas furnace running 24/7, or when I was at work. So, getting a smart thermostat made is so easy for myself and others to turn my heating component on 30 hours before I arrive home. That way I come condo to a moderate house. This is so cool in addition to so handy to have. Another thing I like about the smart thermostat is that it can decrease your energy costs, so not only am I paying less money, although I am using my Heating in addition to A/C component more efficiently, however with this being so useful now, I can’t wait to see how Heating in addition to A/C technology improves more in the future. Maybe in the future both of us will have it where both of us can have pocket size A/C units that can heat in addition to cool an entire home! Or maybe that is wishful thinking, however you never know.

I take keeping a really clean house very personally. Not sure exactly why but I do. Mainly, I want it to be clean for me. Chaos and disorganization are the bane of my existence. Throw filth on top of that pile and I’m looking for the exits. So, it’s always been important for me to have a clean place to live. Whether it was my childhood bedroom or this house, I wanted it clean. To do so means that I don’t spend a bunch of time on the couch under the HVAC sipping wine after work. Even with the help of my husband, there is always some sort of household duty to be seen to when I get home. So I was really surprised to learn that people have their air ducts cleaned. I’m talking the HVAC air ducts that travel throughout your house. When I heard this, I initially thought the person was playing with me because they knew I was a bit of a clean freak. I mean how was I supposed to access the HVAC ducts to clean them? That’s when my friend informed me that there was a entire industry dedicated to just duct cleaning. Once I knew this, of course I just had to get to get that done. But wow, I was not prepared to see just the amount of gunk that came out of my HVAC air ducts. The crew was great and got the entire job done in an afternoon. Then they even resealed all of the joints in the ductwork system. So not only are the ducts clean, we can expect added HVAC efficiency as well. I can tell you this, I won’t be waiting forever to have that done again.

It’s easily amusing how life can at times sort of repeat itself. I see it on a regular basis. There are cycles that always keep happening. It’s in our culture in addition to our humanity pretty much. Every one of us keeps repeating things that worked as well as things that didn’t over and over again. I often wonder if that is a normal part of the human condition. Well, I am also experiencing a bit of that circular pattern of life. And this basically revolves around Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C machine comfort. When I was a kid, I grew up with my Grandparents mainly for my younger years. My mom was essentially abandoned with 3 adolescents in addition to no way to support them. To her credit, she was able to get herself educated and she managed to learn how to provide for her family. But it took a pretty good amount of time. So my early years were mostly spent with my Grandparents. And they had this ancient victorian residence. It seemed so huge to a little child like me. But it also had a large boiler in the basement that served as the heating method of the time. Even back then, that heating method was relatively outdated. However, I don’t really believe I’ve ever spent more comfortable Winter Times than in that radiant heat. I still easily hear the sounds of the radiators as the hot, steamy water made its way to warm the residence up. So both of us just finished construction on our retirement residence. We decided to go with geothermal heating & cooling. And that heat is transferred radiantly via copper pipes in the floor. It’s the most comfortable I have ever been since I was that child in my Grandparents amazing residence. How about that for a full circle?

But it took a substantial amount of time. So my legitimately early years were spent with my Grandparents. And they had this old victorian property. It seemed massive to a little child similar to me. But it also had a pretty huge boiler in the basement that served as the heating equipment of the day. Even back then, that heating equipment was fairly old. However, I don’t even know that I’ve ever spent more comfortable frosty seasons than in that radiant heat. I feel like I can still hear the sounds of the radiators as the hot, steamy water made its way to warm up everything. So the people I was with and I just finished construction on our retirement property. Every one of us chose geothermal heating & cooling. And that heat is transferred radiantly via copper pipes in the floor. It’s the most enjoyable temperature control I have ever experienced since I was that little child in my Grandparents big property. How about that for a full circle?

The past year has been especially brutal for all of us. Those that have lost people they love due to this awful pandemic are dealing with the worst of it. Those that are healing from this virus should have our thoughts plus prayers. And then there is everybody else. All of us are those who are dealing with all the swings brought on by the pandemic plus its economic disaster. I have basically been forced to do my job from the HVAC comfort of my residence. And I am definitely one of the lucky people. There are a good amount of people who didn’t have that actual option. My youngsters are also studying remotely in the HVAC of our lake residence as well. While the lot of us are pretty lucky to have come this far without health issues, there have been some very tough economic times. It was particularly the most sizzling warm season in our residence last year in an effort to save on the HVAC utility costs. And I am thinking that this year will be a repeat. All of us are still trying to make do with a lot less residential income. I’m hoping my wife can get back to a part time job plus my normal salary will come back in due time. But, I also can’t really depend on it either. So, the lot of us continue to be extremely careful with our spending. All of us have actually cut out a pretty good amount from our normal budget. However, a single one of the essentials the lot of us won’t actually cut out is the HVAC machine maintenance. This is the time of year when the lot of us have the HVAC heat pump diagnosed. And that is just too critical to take away from the budget. HVAC comfort plus reliability are essential to our family.

The past year has been completely brutal for all of us.

Those that have lost loved ones due to this pandemic are dealing with the most difficult problems.

Those that are healing from this virus easily need our thoughts and prayers. And then there are the rest of us. The bunch of us are those who are dealing with all the changes brought on by the alarming pandemic and its economic calamity. I have been forced to work from the HVAC comfort of my property. And I am one of the fortunate ones to be honest. There are so several who didn’t even have that option. My girls are also at the residence learning remotely in the HVAC of our place as well. While all of us are entirely fortunate to have come this far without health complications, there have been some very harsh economic times. It was truly the most overheated Summer in our residence last year in an effort to save on the HVAC utility costs. And I am thinking that this year will be a repeat pretty much. Both of us are still trying to get by with much less income. I’m hoping my spouse can get back to a part time working position and my normal salary will come back. But, I also can’t count on it either. So, all of us pretty much continue to be extremely careful with our spending. Both of us have cut out a wonderful deal from our common budget. However, one of the essentials we easily refuse to cut out is the HVAC service. This is the time of year all of us have the HVAC heat pump looked at by the professionals. And that is just too critical to cut from the budget. HVAC comfort and reliability are just overly important to our family to save a little cash on.
