The smart thermostat was capable of alerting the homeowner whenever a modern air filter was needed or if something was causing the Heating & A/C method to run inefficiently. I’m so happy our brother plus sister-in-law gave me our own smart thermostat! I took it apartment plus installed it immediately. I can particularly say that it’s made a large difference in the way our heating system plus a/c run.

When the virus hit and I was forced to send all my employees cabin to work indefinitely, I was nervous that productivity would be low. I was someone who loved coming into the office because I knew I could focus better and I was more disciplined in my work. I also knew that some of my employees performed better in an office setting as well! However, I was pleasantly surprised to see our productivity levels stayed consistent once everyone got their cabin offices set up… For the past 6 months, everyone has been laboring from their own spaces and staying safe from the virus, and now that restrictions are lifted and I’ve been given the okay to let my employees return to work at the office, I was upset to get everyone back together. The weekend before everyone was busy to return, I went into the office to scrub and replace the air filter. I wanted everything to be sanitized and the air quality to be fresh, but when I turned on the furnace, I waited a few hours to hear it kick on but it never did, by the time I was done cleaning and replacing the air filter, the furnace never started. I called an HVAC supplier to come look at it and he offered me terrible news. Unluckyly, the HVAC method had sat unused for so long that the outside component had frozen. In order to thaw it out, he had to turn off the control component and then run the fan for various hours. I let the fan run all day and when I returned the following day, my furnace began to run after I turned it on.

The two of us were lost in the woods for hours with no air conditioner or heat, that sounds like a small concern when you are lost in the forest… But where I live, it gets harshly sizzling while I was in the morning and chilly at night, then when the people I was with and I first went out into the forest, the people I was with and I didn’t think the people I was with and I would get lost.

The two of us were starting to sweat from the heat when the people I was with and I realized the people I was with and I were lost and out of water.

When evening came, the people I was with and I found an abandoned shack… Outside of the shack the people I was with and I saw an old central air conditioner unit. The central air conditioner device looked like it had been sitting there for centuries. The two of us figured this old air conditioner would not work, but the people I was with and I entered the old cottage anyway in hopes that the air conditioner would work and supply us some relief from the heat. The two of us went to the small old temperature control on the wall and turned it on. To our amazement, the central air conditioner started to work! It took a while, but eventually the air conditioner managed to cool the little cottage to a easily comfortable temperature. The two of us set up camp at this cottage and settled down for the night. The two of us also found an old wood furnace in the cabin as well. The two of us managed to repair some of the pipes and then to light the wood furnace. The two of us slept nice and moderate that night. When the people I was with and I found our way home, the people I was with and I ended up going back to cottages which the people I was with and I named the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cottage and the people I was with and I fixed it up and polished the old central air conditioner and wood furnace. The two of us now have various memories in the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cottage.

Every year before the first freezing Winter time snap, my fiance and I have a full system tune-up performed on our heat pump, but when my fiance and I moved south, the two of us rarely had to use the heat pump at all while I was in the Winter time season! Over the past 20 years, the weather patterns have changed and the two of us have been forced to use the heat pump more and more frequently every winter.

My fiance and I started having a full system tune-up performed on the heat pump a couple of years ago. All of us felt strongly that the full system tune-up helped keep the bills lower in the winter. The 2 of us have had this heat pump tune-up performed every year since 10 years ago. On Tuesday, my fiance and I tied up an appointment to have the heat pump service performed. The young man that came to our lake home to perform the service was not a woman that my fiance and I actually recognized. My fiance and I assumed that this service specialist was new to the business. All of us politely introduced ourselves, but the heat pump service specialist was rude and discourteous… She did not even shake my hand when I extended it. The woman barely said a word to either one of us while she was working on the tune up and she was in and out of our home in record time. My fiance and I surely hope that she performed a thorough service however she was in and out faster than anyone else in the past. If something goes wrong this winter, I know who the two of us can blame.

If someone happens to ask you what you want for the current year, then just tell them you want a current fireplace! If you’re like me, then you appreciate the way a wood burning fireplace improves the ambiance in your house.

I was dreaming of getting a fireplace this past year, however our partner told myself and others that our budget just would not allow it; Every one of us have had a legitimately rough year this past year, what with all of the Covid shutdowns, and so I knew that I particularly wasn’t going to be able to get our fireplace for Christmas like all of us had originally planned! Our beach house didn’t have a fireplace of any sort when all of us moved in and our partner has been promising to get 1 installed for myself and others ever since all of us moved into this venue.

Of course, things have happened since then that have kept us from legitimately following through with that plan. My desire to have a fireplace in the beach house has been overshadowed by the need for us to legitimately have a house, and food, and heating, ventilation, and A/C system over the past year. Not to mention keeping up the payments on our cars. It’s been a rough year, however all of us are doing a little bit better now. I think that in another few months, all of us might legitimately be dug out of the hole that all of us have been in and all of us can get back on track to saving up our money to get our fireplace put in at long last. Maybe by next Christmas all of us will be standing around a wood burning fireplace!
