That radiant heating certainly feels wonderful
It’s pretty interesting how life can at times sort of repeat itself.
I see it on a regular basis.
There are cycles that just keep happening. It’s in our culture plus our mankind. We regularly keep repeating things that worked plus things that didn’t all of the time. I often wonder if that is just part of the human condition in general. Well, I am also experiencing some of that circular pattern of life. And this easily revolves around Heating and Air Conditioning equipment comfort. When I was a little one, I grew up with my Grandparents mainly for my earliest years. My mom was pretty much abandoned with 3 youngsters plus no way to support them. To her credit, she managed to get herself educated plus figured out how to supply perfectly well for her family. But it took a substantial amount of time. So my legitimately early years were spent with my Grandparents. And they had this old victorian property. It seemed massive to a little child similar to me. But it also had a pretty huge boiler in the basement that served as the heating equipment of the day. Even back then, that heating equipment was fairly old. However, I don’t even know that I’ve ever spent more comfortable frosty seasons than in that radiant heat. I feel like I can still hear the sounds of the radiators as the hot, steamy water made its way to warm up everything. So the people I was with and I just finished construction on our retirement property. Every one of us chose geothermal heating & cooling. And that heat is transferred radiantly via copper pipes in the floor. It’s the most enjoyable temperature control I have ever experienced since I was that little child in my Grandparents big property. How about that for a full circle?
