It’s Almost Time for my Tuna Salad with Rice

I think they could get the whole HVAC system installed for less than $1000, which also would include the price of labor.

I am going to write five more HVAC articles today and call it a day. I have a jam session with my musician friends today and I want to prepare for it soon. I’m a bit behind today as I was hunting around town for spices to make my homemade breakfast sausage. I will make the patties tomorrow for breakfast when I make my eggs. The local business where I bought the spices told me that they are looking to put in an HVAC system and I told them that I am in the business. I am going to talk to the HVAC rep friend of mine so he can go out there and give them an estimate. It is a small store so I don’t think it will be that big of a deal when it comes down to the cost of everything. They can probably just install a mini split air conditioner for the whole place and be done with it. I bet the store is less than 300 square feet and the ceilings are also pretty low so that is even less area to heat or cool. The place is also well insulated with other businesses on either side and an apartment above. I think they could get the whole HVAC system installed for less than $1000, which also would include the price of labor. I may even help install it and maybe get some free spices for doing so. It’s always good to help people though, just to be kind, without expecting anything in return. See ya.

My Radiant Heater and Homemade Breakfast Sausage

I went to buy some sage spice this morning at this local business, which sells bulk spices, so that I can make some homemade chicken breakfast sausage patties.

I was going to make them with pork, but I feel that chicken is healthier so I am going to give it a shot.

If it tastes good then I am going to make a whole bunch of the flavored patties and freeze them because I really like eating breakfast sausage in the morning with my eggs and toast. I just don’t like to eat a lot of pork. The furnace repair guy told me about the chicken patties and how good they taste so I figured I would give it a try. I made some real sausage last winter and I kept them warm next to me on top of my radiant heater as I worked. The heater is a great hot plate for keeping food warm on those cold winter days, and it also works well for hot chocolate in a big mug. I am breaking out the cold weather gear soon as the weather is starting to shift from summer to fall. It will get cold here in about a month and the sea will get to those cooler temps which are so therapeutic for the body in mind. I will set my hot water heater to a hotter temp so that I can fill my bathtub up when I take my hot water bath after my cold dips each morning. I am really cold by the time I get home and the bath feels amazing.

A Bit Behind Schedule on This Sleepy Soggy Wednesday

I got a late start this morning, sleeping till 10am as I went to bed a bit too late last night. I haven’t been sleeping so well but I think it is about to end as I have begun playing music again after too much time away. I think my soul speaks to me the clearest when I wake up in the middle of the night for a snack. I can hear my soul tell me what is missing in my life and what I need to fix and sometimes it is tough to sleep when I hear it. My HVAC tech guru told me that I should be doing some kind of performing, be it comedy or music, but he said that I must pursue something because I am an artist and performer at heart. I did a few comedy shows at the local businesses and HVAC companies in town for private parties and whatnot. I think I would like to do the same again but this time with music as it has a more powerful feeling when I do it. I learned to play drums from the local contractor and am getting my djembe tuned up tomorrow so I can do some playing this winter. I think we can find a hub to perform this winter as it is too cold out to do shows on the street. We just need a place with a good HVAC system to keep us warm and everything else will fall into place. I will let you know how my musical journey goes.

Old HVAC Technology Versus New HVAC Technology

The technology behind HVAC systems has come a long way in recent years.

Today’s zoned HVAC systems are much more efficient than the old AC units of the past, and they can be controlled remotely, making it easy to adjust the temperature from anywhere in the house. In addition, heat pumps have become increasingly popular, as they provide both heating and cooling in one unit. Another component that has changed a lot over the years have been the air filters. The invention of the HEPA filter has really helped improve the air quality in homes. They are able to catch much more of the particles that float in the air in the home as the filter is much more fine than a standard filter for the HVAC System. It is recommended to use a HEPA filter in all homes nowadays as they aren’t much different in price. But despite the advances in HVAC technology, many homeowners are still using outdated systems. If you’re considering upgrading your HVAC system, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First, make sure to choose a reputable HVAC repairer or installer. Second, be sure to get an estimate for the cost of the new system and compare it with the cost of repairing your existing system. Finally, consider the long-term costs of operating a new system, as well as any rebates or incentives that may be available. Making the switch to a new HVAC system can be a big investment, but it can also save you money in the long run. Good luck!

Thinking About Doing an Open Mic Again

I’m kicking around the idea of getting on stage again to try some comedy. I haven’t done it in years but just wanted to see how it feels and if it stirs up anything inside of me. I used to think I would do it my whole life but something changed and I stopped doing it. The local business near me offers singing lessons and I am thinking of trying one next week to see how that feels too. I just want to do some kind of creative endeavor that feeds my soul and ignites some kind of passion inside of me again. I’ve just been working at the HVAC company each day and coming home to my cats and I must say that it is getting quite repetitive and monotonous. There must be more to life than just getting by, this is ridiculous. I do like to work at the heating and cooling corp but it isn’t exactly something that lights that fire inside of me like comedy did. I feel good when I help someone program their smart thermostat or when I repair a heat pump in a home. But there is nothing like the feeling of connecting with an audience on stage and having the whole room laughing with you about some funny story. It’s even more fun when the place has a good climate control system to make you and the audience comfortable during the show. There is nothing worse than doing a set in a hot room in the summer with those hot stage lights making you sweat.

Zone Control is Far Superior in the Home

We recently got a zoned heating and cooling system installed in our home after years and years of not having one, and I must say that it has made a huge difference in the power bills each month.

It costs a bit more money to get installed than a normal HVAC system but the payoff is big and the money spent will be recouped in no time. Here we will explain a bit about zoned systems and why they can save you money. HVAC systems are a necessary part of any home, but they can also be a major source of wasted energy. Traditional HVAC systems heat or cool the entire house, even when only one room is in use. This can lead to significant energy losses and higher utility bills. Zone control AC systems offer a more efficient alternative. Rather than heating or cooling the entire house, zoned systems allow you to target specific areas. This can save you money on your energy bills and provide greater comfort throughout your home. In addition, zoned systems are easier to maintain and repair than traditional HVAC systems. If you’re interested in saving money and improving your home’s comfort, zoned AC is a great option to consider. There are also financing plans available for those who don’t have the money up front so be sure to ask the HVAC installer about that option if you don’t have the money to pay right away. Another option would be to get a zero interest or low interest credit card and pay for it that way.

HVAC Systems and Mildew in the Home

When the weather outside is humid, the last thing you want is for your home to be humid too.

Luckily, HVAC systems can help to regulate the humidity levels in your home, keeping you comfortable all year long.

During the heating process, a heater pulls air from your home and passes it over a heat exchanger. This exchanges heat between the air and the coils, warming the air before it is circulated back into your home. The AC unit does the same thing, but instead of exchanging heat, it removes moisture from the air. This helps to lower the humidity in your home, making it more comfortable during hot summer days. In addition, HVAC systems can also help to prevent mold and mildew growth by regulating the humidity levels in your home. Some people are very allergic to mold, especially the black mold that grows in homes with leaking water or high humidity. So it is a good idea to avoid high humidity in the home or this black mold could end up growing inside the walls where you don’t even notice it and cause all kinds of health problems. So not only will you be more comfortable, but you’ll also be helping to protect your home from potential damage. This alone is worth the cost of running the HVAC system to keep the humidity down in the home. There have been cases of humidity damage in homes that extend into the tens of thousands to repair as the local contractor would have to cut out all the walls with mildew damage and replace them.

Goodbye Air Conditioning Till Next Summer

Let’s see, today is September 15th and the days are getting shorter particularly hastily.

It seems love we lose a couple minutes a day with the sunset getting earlier and earlier.

It won’t be long till we have to flip the clocks back and then it’s all over till next year. It will get dark at about 5:15pm and freezing out so there won’t be anymore weekday volleyball matches on the beach. I was going to buy a LED light plan at the local company so we could play ball at night but it is going to be way too freezing to do so. My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation told myself and others he got injured the most when playing in freezing weather so I guess it is really for the better that I don’t play this winter. I’ll do our freezing sea plunges and a lot of rehab and strengthening exercises for our body so I will be fit to play a single more year. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation I labor for also plays and we have been playing together since we both began back in the mid 70’s. That’s almost 40 years in the interest together and we are both still holding strong. I labor as an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance tech while we were in the week and usually play songs on the weekends. I’ll play some ball this Wintertide only if we have some moderate days so I don’t risk getting injured. Today I will scrub our air duct and get our plan ready for the coming Wintertide as they say this is going to be a particularly freezing season.

The Best Heating Device for Small Homes

There are a lot of factors to consider when it comes to heating your home.

The size of your home, the climate you live in, and your budget all play a work in choosing the best heating device.

If you are looking for the best heating component for small homes, then go with a small space heater. Here we will list a few other options, depending on your needs. If you are looking for an efficient and affordable option, a zoned Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan is a good choice. Zoned Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems allow you to control the temperature in strange areas of your home, so you can keep the rooms you use most comfortable separate from wasting energy in unused rooms. If you live in a climate with mild winters, a heat pump is a good option! Heat pumps are particularly efficient and can save you money on your energy bill. They labor by moving heat from a single section to another, so they can also be used for cooling in the summer. If you are looking for an electric heater, radiant oil oil furnaces are a good option. Radiant oil oil furnaces labor by emitting infrared radiation, which heats up objects in the room rather than the air. This makes them more efficient than other types of electric heaters. If you live in a freezing climate and need a more powerful heater, a oil furnace is the way to go. Furnaces use natural gas or propane to generate heat, and they’re particularly effective at keeping your beach house moderate while we were in the Wintertide weeks. However, oil oil furnaces can be luxurious to operate, so they may not be the best option if you are on a narrow budget. No matter what your needs are, there’s a heating component that’s perfect for small homes. Talk to your Heating, Ventilation, and A/C rep about which opening would be best for you.

Okay, Lunch Time and Then I’ll Clean the HEPA Filter

I just had our standard lunch; a immense bowl of salad with many small cans of tuna fish.

My cats finish off the oil in the can when I am done, along with a few small pieces of tuna that I left for them as a treat.

I have to write many more Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment articles and then I am going to do a few exercises before heading to the seashore to meet our friends. I may show up a bit late though because, first of all everyone else usually shows up late, and second of all I need to scrub the HEPA filter in our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan today before leaving for the beach. Those are our chores and I am sticking to it till I finish them today. I have been working more for the local company down the street because I need to gain some more money each week as our rent has increased. I am going to try to run our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan a bit less so our power bills are lower, and I may also take less baths and shorter showers to save on water. I can’t genuinely split down on Wi-Fi unless I use our PC as a hotspot and cancel our beach house Wi-Fi service. I would rather keep the service as the local service provider has amazing speed with the Wi-Fi and our PC would really split out a lot. Things aren’t that awful with money so I am okay with the normal Wi-Fi. I guess running our heating and cooling plan less would be a immense saver.
