He was there with friends, and I realized we live in the same city. It’s been a few months since we started dating, and he recently fixed a HEPA filter in my cooling system. Summer is here, and I needed cooling system repair before using the machine to cool my home. Well, I now have a guy who is a Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional, and it’s been so great. He not only came to do the cooling system repair for me, although he also replaced me with a HEPA filter. Winston explained to me that HEPA filters were superior and better for improving the air quality. He also explained that I’d need to get a whole-household whole-household air purifier since Springtime dust irritations tend to drive me crazy. I’m sure pleased that I did because having that HVAC device technology sure has been a godsend as of late. I was in an accident on my bike not especially long ago. It wasn’t life threatening as much as it’s just been a good amount of recovering. And I’m not all that fantastic at staying still to be entirely honest. Plus, I live alone. So several buddies plus family have been good about getting me to the doc plus to physical therapy plus such. But just the little, everyday stuff is another matter entirely. So having the smart control unit app on my iphone ended up being incredibly important. I can just bring up the smart temperature control unit app if I need to adjust the a/c as it’s not getting hotter outside. And having these casts can make me want more cooling comfort than I normally do. With the app, I can remotely adjust the temperature control unit setting from anywhere so I don’t have to get up.

I have to say that my wife really nailed this one.

• For the first time since we moved down here four years ago, we are able to utilize the sunroom year round.

Of course, moving to this area is essentially living in a giant sunroom given the amazing weather. Sitting outside in the sunroom during the Winter was no problem. The heat pump in our home barely stirs all Winter because we just don’t need much heating demand. There are a few cool morning where the space heater has really come through for us though. So enjoying the sunroom part of our house was something that we could do for basically 8 months of the year. However, once Summer got here, we might enjoy an early morning coffee but that was about it. We get such levels of heat and humidity that it made our sunroom basically unusable for the four months of heat season. But thanks to my wife calling the HVAC professionals, that’s not the case for us any longer. She wanted to get an estimate for putting some residential HVAC in our sunroom. I thought she was crazy because the cost would make it impossible. Yet, she was absolutely correct. The ductless heat pump has been amazing and we are barely even into June. I still can’t get over how little it cost to buy and have the HVAC professionals install that ductless heat pump. Plus, I still can’t believe that we get the level of cooling comfort from that little piece of HVAC equipment. But for sure, we’re going to enjoy some quality heating and air from that ductless heat pump year round.

For the first time this year, I showed up inside the commercial HVAC with a bit of a sweat going.

• It’s not like I rode my bike there or anything like that.

No, I even have a remote start on my car so the air conditioning is cooling down the car before I even get in it. I showed up to the zone controlled HVAC of the office sweating just because I walked from the parking garage a mere two blocks away. This is something that I do every day. But when it’s Summer, that means that it will come with some sweat. Were I not wearing a suit, I’m not sure that this would be an issue. Thankfully, I can walk right into my office and lower the thermostat. For sure, that’s one of the perks of having zone controlled HVAC on our floor. I just love having a thermostat in my office for just my air conditioning comfort. At home, it’s a bit different since we have yet to go the zone controlled HVAC route. Yet, we are just a few years from replacing the residential HVAC and that’s for sure on the wish list. But I’m not really complaining anymore. The kids are basically out of the house and in school or starting out on their own. My wife and I have about the same sort of cooling needs so it’s no big deal. But what is a big deal is the fact that our heat pump is providing cooling but also lowering and balancing the humidity levels as well. And this is for sure the time of year when we need that.

Last month, my fiance put a fire in the fireplace to get the chill out of the air.

It was only forty degrees when we got up, and we were both shivering.

He told me to let the fire go out and left for work. Instead of the fireplace burning out, there was an updraft that had the flames getting stronger. He called the insurance when he got home and told them about the chimney. Our insurance supplier told us they would pay for the damage, but our fireplace wasn’t covered under the insurance policy. No one had made note there was a fireplace in the house. He told us we could end up being dropped from the insurance corporation, or our premium could go entirely high. All of this because we wanted to take the chill off with the fireplace, instead of turning the heater on.

There are some choices in life that are decided.

I wanted to be a medical professional, and I had to decide which school to go to, both schools were the same distance from my home, but the one provided everything I wanted from the classes, and in the timeframe I was able to take the classes.

When I met my fiance, I had to decide if I wanted to live on campus and stay near to him, or travel. There was no choice there. I wanted to be with my soon-to-be fiance. Now, we are married and own a home. After only two years in the house, we were told we needed a new HVAC duct. We looked into the price of HVAC ducts. I could not believe how much the HVAC duct costs. Even if I bought the flex pipe, I would still be paying an arm and a leg. we had been talking about installing ductless heating and cooling when the heating and cooling system died, but now we were discussing in the present. The cost of HVAC duct would be almost as much as ductless heating and cooling. My fiance told me it was my choice. I had to decide on a new HVAC duct or ductless heating and cooling. He said I was in the house more than he was, and it should be my choice. Although we talked about getting a new HVAC duct because our heating and cooling system was only five years old, it seemed like we were leaning toward the heating and cooling system. When the heating and cooling serviceman told us they could prorate the heating and cooling system and take that cost off the new ductless system, it was a simple choice.
