Everyone of us would the clothes that everyone of us are not consistent to get our to-do list done the way that we should.

Everyone of us have this large list that is supposed to be taking care of every time we have some type of problem.

The to-do list includes checking on the Zone controlled heating plus AC of the office. When I detail and deal with all of these problems, one of the first things that the people I was with plus myself consider is the heating plus cooling inside of the building. I would be honest that I am not consistent for seasonal heating plus Cooling service. I still decided to make sure that there is seasonal maintenance on the system. Seasonal maintenance can be very important as well as can help your home at all times. Some years the heating as well as AC system work well and some years we have to completely worry about things. The people I was with in addition to myself have learned a great deal about all of the problems that occur when there are issues with the house. My boss has been trying to improve our office space over the last two years.

I guess I could make coffee before I leave the house, but it’s nice having access to it once I get to work. That way I can make multiple cups of coffee throughout the day. There’s other things that my boss has invested in recently as well. We recently got new carpets after the old ones had seen years of use. And the final thing that he recently purchased for the office was a brand new air purifier. The air quality in the office has always been questionable. Several of us have severe allergy problems and get our allergies triggered every time we come to work. It can make it hard to focus on your job when you’re having constant issues with your allergies. I’m happy that my boss bought us this air purifier because it means better air quality inside of the office. That way everybody can benefit from better respiratory and sinus health. It’s not good to be working with all of these allergens in the air all of the time. I’m really happy my boss bought us an air purifier to use at the office.

I’m actually a huge fan of different exotic flavors of ice cream. When I grew up I got sick of only having the choice of chocolate or vanilla when my family would buy it from the store. I was really amazed the first time I had moose tracks ice cream for instance. It was like stepping into a whole new world when it came to delicious ice cream treats. Eventually I started trying all sorts of different ice cream flavors whenever I was able to get ice cream from an ice cream shop. No ice cream shops and ice cream stores are some of my most favorite places to visit. I can try all sorts of different flavors that are offered in front of me. I’ve even had lavender ice cream before and it was really good. I’ve made a relationship with the owner of the nearby ice cream shop. However recently the air conditioning in this ice cream shop was starting to get really bad. I realized right away that the air conditioning was not sufficient for the summer heat. Thankfully the ice cream shop owner decided to buy a new air conditioner and had it installed shortly after I noticed the issue. I didn’t want to be the person to tell the ice cream shop owner that the air conditioner he had in there was insufficient to keep the interior cool enough. Can only imagine how much extra work the freezers had to do to keep the ice cream from melting. Problem in this situation is that the ice cream melts when the patrons are trying to eat it because the interior of the ice cream shop was so hot.

I have a lot of sensitivities to orders.

I’ve been told that I have a nose that’s much stronger than an average person.

Honestly the olfactory sense of a human being can range quite a bit over the normal spectrum. Two people that are considered normal for their noses are comparable to a person with 20/20 vision versus somebody who is legally blind. Having a sensitive nose is both a gift and a curse at the same time. The one hand it’s really frustrating because you get exposed to odors that most people don’t even notice. And things can bother you a lot quicker and more intensely than it would another person. That’s why at times I’ve wondered whether or not it’d be better if I had a weaker sense of smell. Recently I was struggling with an odor coming out of my air conditioner. I kept wondering if there was a mildew smell, but I wasn’t sure. I called my HVAC supplier and they sent out a technician two days later to inspect my air conditioner. Just like I suspected, there was microbial and fungal build up on the evaporator coil. After the technician cleaned my air handler and got rid of the mold, the other vanished completely. Now I don’t have a nasty order when I run my air conditioner. It’s a huge relief to get this odor taken care of and I can run my HVAC system without having to worry about getting triggered by the odor. I wish the HVAC company would clean my air conditioner regularly so this sort of problem doesn’t happen again in the future.

I try to go to forums on the internet where I know there are experts ready to respond to my requests. A lot of people use forums on Reddit for instance to find help for various technical questions. When I wanted to fix my guitar for instance, I went to a subreddit that was geared towards guitar repairmen and luthiers. The people there weren’t particularly nice to me because I was a novice but they still helped me with my question. When I needed help with my computer, I went to a forum there that was geared towards computer repair and technical support. But it’s not just that which brings me to the internet looking for answers to my questions. Recently I wanted to know about better air conditioner filters that would be geared towards my allergies. Mike cheap air conditioner filters aren’t filtering out all of the allergens in my indoor air. I learned from a friend that a better air conditioner filter would probably lead towards better hair quality in my house, but he didn’t know exactly which one to recommend. That’s why I reached out to an HVAC technician on the internet to find a better air filter for my house. He showed me the exact make and model of the air conditioner filter that I should probably try. Thankfully for me, it was available at a nearby hardware store. I went out and bought it the same exact day and put it into my HVAC system.

Living in a bustling city can be overwhelming at times.

The hum of technology and the constant flow of people create a sense of unease within me.

In the city, the air is filled with pollutants and there is a collective stress in the atmosphere that is palpable. That’s why I often go into nature. Being in nature is very healing, and one of the reasons for this is something called negative ions. Negative ions are an essential component of our environment, and unlike positive ions, which are commonly found in polluted and congested areas, negative ions are abundant in natural environments such as forests and beaches. This has greatly improved my indoor air quality and the air in my house feels lighter, crispier, and free of pollutants. Yesterday I was feeling down from being stuck inside the house with the air conditioning on full blast. My bandmate couldn’t play music because he had to sort out his boiler; this made me feel even more depressed. So I decided to make the effort to catch the climate-controlled train and go to the beach. I did a lot of exercise playing soccer and swimming, and by the end of it, I felt a lot better than I did before.

I have one more story to write before I take the train to go and meditate in the forest with the dogs. Today is not as hot as other days, so I think me and the dogs will be fine. In the area where I live, we’ve been having heatwaves, and as a consequence, we haven’t been able to do all the things we usually do. Today, my bandmate is worn out, so instead of playing music, I will chill out in the forest instead. The trains are equipped with good-quality cooling systems now, and the scenery is magnificent, so traveling is a pleasant experience. I promised my partner I would search for a HEPA filter online today, but I don’t think I will get round to it. Sometimes it’s best to just let things come to you without any effort. Like when I was stressed about having to get a new portable space heater. I was looking for hours on end and couldn’t decide which model to get. In the end, I gave up searching. Then, it turned out that my father-in-law received a new electric fireplace as a birthday present. He then gave me his portable space heater, as he didn’t need it anymore. These sorts of things have happened to me numerous times and make me wonder if there is more to life than we think. Maybe I should tell my partner this when she nags me to get that HEPA filter. But I don’t think it would work since our indoor air quality is pretty bad and a good-quality air filter is urgently needed.

Today is overcast, which is a relief because the weather has been sizzling lately.

I am working on my stories, and after I will head to the beach or the forest with the dogs.

Going to the beach with the dogs is not as easy now because during the summer, the lifeguards are at the beach and don’t allow you to take your dogs. So I might go to the forest first, and at 7 p.m., when the lifeguards are gone, I will head to the beach to meet my pal and play a bit of beach soccer. My mother-in-law informed us that she was going to remove the air conditioner from the apartment. Since my partner and I live with her, the thought of sweltering heat without the cooling provided by the air conditioner left me feeling disheartened. I have no idea how we will survive without our beloved a/c unit. She said the cost of the repairs and remodeling was exorbitant, and she had to make the decision to stay within the budget. She has already gotten in touch with a local cooling and heating company to remove her a/c unit. I tried to convince her to seek alternatives such as ductless HVAC or a mini-split air conditioner. These solutions would provide the cooling we needed while avoiding the construction costs associated with traditional systems. But she did not listen to me, unfortunately. Yesterday, as part of my language course class, we went to the local business and the heat was stifling. This was an unpleasant experience and it was difficult to focus on my tasks. It certainly made me realize the importance of having good-quality climate control.

It’s time to do my writing work now, and I have to concentrate in order to perform correctly. Any disturbance I get from any external event makes me feel intensely irritated. I like to be alone when I’m working and not have anyone distract me by talking to me or making annoying noises. My work requires a high degree of concentration and focus, and these kinds of things interrupt my workflow. I usually put my headphones on and listen to relaxing jazz. I create for myself a bubble where it’s me, my laptop, and the music. Anything else is an intrusion and a threat to my workflow. My cooling system is also important for me when I’m working, as being at a comfortable temperature helps me concentrate and perform better. That’s why I have my a/c unit maintained regularly; this way, I ensure that it runs smoothly throughout the year. My partner suggested I buy a smart thermostat. Smart thermostats are advanced, internet-connected devices designed to control and manage the temperature of a home or building more efficiently and conveniently. I contacted my local HVAC provider to inform myself on this new technology, and apparently, I can climate control my house from my smartphone. I am always on a quest to improve my home’s heating and cooling. I look for energy-efficient and eco-friendly devices. I often browse through forums for energy-saving tips to make my energy use more sustainable, and I even began exploring innovations such as ductless HVAC systems and air purification solutions in order to further enhance my home’s indoor environment.

I am the kind of person that when I hear of something cool that a lot of people are doing, I usually want to join in.
