I can’t make him ecstatic with the air conditioning
Buying a rental property was a wonderful financial move, but it has been a stresser quite a bit. The reason is that my 1 renter calls me consistently with problems, then lately it has been all about the southern heat plus that is her air conditioner doesn’t keep her place cool. I get pictures of her thermostat yearly plus calls about how tepid she is in her apartment. I have literally done everything I can believe of plus now I am tapping out. First, I tried insulating her entire place so that no frigid air is leaking out. The ceilings, baseboards plus around the windows all got sealed in tight. Next, I then purchased black out blinds for every window in her apartment plus stressed not opening the doors all the time. I was hopeful that the sunshine would stop coming in. Next, I tried cleaning the AC plan myself. I got a current air filter, washed the condensate drain, cooling coil plus dusted the fan blades, however still, my renter was unhappy. The last thing I did was call a professional air conditioning business. The AC worker said that everything seemed to be fine. Sometimes the southern heat is just too tepid even for the air conditioner. The girl still added refrigerant to the AC equipment plus said that should do the task. Well my renter is still calling plus telling me how unhappy she is. I am sort of hoping she just moves out at this point. I believe the AC is not the 1 at fault here.
