Seal up that loft – all new windows plus doors

My bestie is so funny to me periodically, but i swear to God he does not think before he does things, and that’s where I come in, to fix all of his complications, then recently he has been on this pressing energy saving kick.

I think it’s a fantastic idea, don’t get me wrong.

There’s nothing I would like more than to spend less on our bi-weekly bills, plus help the Earth while we’re doing it, then lord knows I don’t have extra currency to be handing over to the energy dealer every month. That’s why it seems like a absolutely fantastic idea when he wanted to optimize our Heating plus Air Conditioning system to the most energy-efficient models on the market. I was all for this Heating plus Cooling replace, however, I was not the most enthusiastic when I realized that he didn’t plan on improving the rest of the loft before my buddy and I purchase this expensive high-tech A/C equipment, however why is that such an issue? Because my buddy and I live in an aged loft that needs a lot of work done. I don’t see the point in purchasing some expensive air handling equipment when all of the treated air is just going to flow straight through the ceiling, but as far as I’m sad, my buddy and I need to seal of this loft before my buddy and I even consider buying more expensive Heating plus Air Conditioning products. It’s not going to make any difference if all of our warm plus cold air just flows right outside. That’s why as he has at the Heating plus Air Conditioning store browsing for boilers plus A/C units, I’m at apartment diligently ceiling off all of our doors plus windows. If we’re going to invest in this equipment, we’re going to keep the air in the house.
