Investing in modern HVAC shop
I’ve never considered myself to be a businessman of any sort.
I genuinely just go about my own business, plus take currency as it comes to me over the course of a normal work day.
I never had high aspirations of becoming an investor or entrepreneur, but frankly, I’ve always accepted the idea of laboring 9-5 for my entire life. That’s why it was surprising to most people, myself included, when I recently invested in a local heating plus cooling dealership in town. It came up quite abruptly, to be honest. It all started when my personal cooling system failed last year plus I had to call the nearest heating plus ventilation repair in the PCbook. When they arrived, the air conditioning serviceman was a real dick. He came totally unprepared, barely paid any attention to my air conditioning, plus aggressively handed me a quote within 5 minutes of looking at the cooling system. I didn’t understand how this heating plus cooling dealership stayed afloat when they provided such bad service, however then I remembered they were the only HVAC supplier in town! A few afternoons later, I overhead a man at the local pharmacy talking about how he desired to start up a modern HVAC dealership. He was a certified heating plus cooling specialist himself, however didn’t have the currency necessary to start up a modern corporation venture. Still feeling disgruntled about my bad cooling system experience, I stepped forward plus offered him start-up funds separate from hesitation. I don’t know what came over me. Three months later, we’re just opening the brand modern heating, cooling, plus ventilation shop plus our calendar is completely booked solid. I assume I wasn’t the only one who hated the seasoned HVAC shop.
