New household has excruciating Heating and Air Conditioning system
When my good friend and I were in the market for a new household my good friend and I found one my good friend and I liked a lot.
There was only one problem: the Heating and Air Conditioning system didn’t work.
The household had built in central heating and cooling but neither the boiler nor the air conditioner worked at all. The household had been listed for almost a year so my good friend and I put in a stipulation that my good friend and I would buy the household but only if the original owners replaced the Heating and Air Conditioning system, then well they replace the Heating and Air Conditioning system and my good friend and I have now been living in our new household for about 9 months. All was going well until the boiler abruptly stopped working. We called up a local Heating and Air Conditioning supplier and they looked our boiler over. After that they looked over our entire Heating and Air Conditioning system. Apparently my good friend and I got shafted. This Heating and Air Conditioning system is the cheapest of the cheap. Heating and Air Conditioning companies don’t even sell them, and you have to order them online and then install them yourself or hire a handyman to install it. Apparently my good friend and I were lucky the Heating and Air Conditioning system lasted this long. They are known to only last about 6 months. So now my good friend and I have to get a whole new Heating and Air Conditioning system installed. Yes, my good friend and I did double check what the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier told us. We didn’t just take their word for it, but everything they said was completely true. So now my good friend and I need to fork over about 6 thousand dollars for a new Heating and Air Conditioning system that will last us for a decade or more. That is such a pain but at least my good friend and I will know the Heating and Air Conditioning system is decent.
