Yoga feels better in a/c than heat in our opinion

I started practicing yoga at beach house in our entryway using an app with the air conditioning system on

Before the COVID-19 pandemic started, I went to yoga at a tepid yoga studio about more than three times a week. The studio had central heat set to about 90 degrees & had many space furnaces in the room as well. I enjoyed tepid yoga because I felt that I sweat out all of our toxins & the heat allowed me to get deeper into the poses, however my yoga studio closed when gyms & other non-essential companies closed in our section to prevent the spread of COVID-19… At first I was really concerned about not being able to practice yoga in the heated studio with the yoga professor & other students. I missed the feeling of community, dripping with sweat & feeling all of the endorphins after class. I started practicing yoga at beach house in our entryway using an app with the air conditioning system on. At first I didn’t love it as much because I didn’t sweat as much due to the air conditioning system being on & I missed the feeling of the community. As time went on, our yoga studio opened back up with regulations in locale to prevent the spread of COVID-19, then now that I have the opportunity to go back to what I miss, I legitimately don’t want to; Practicing yoga at beach house in the a/c allows me to work harder. Now I guess if I’m dripping with sweat it is because our body is working hard, not just because the room I’m in has the thermostat set to 90 degrees, however for now I will stay safe at beach house & practice yoga in the comfort of our air conditioned apartment.
