HVAC rep roommate or live alone?

My current roommate is probably going to be moving out in a month to be closer to her work. I have another person who would like to live with me, which would cut my living expenses in half, but then it would take away from my privacy and alone time. But then again, I probably spend a bit too much time alone as it is. I could up my monthly workload a bit and be totally fine living alone, as far as money and bills go. But if I have my HVAC tech friend as a roommate it could be good too, as living with an HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) technician can have a number of benefits, including: Prompt and reliable maintenance: HVAC technicians are experts in maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems, which means that you can count on them to provide prompt and reliable maintenance for your home’s HVAC system. This can help prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of your equipment. Improved energy efficiency: HVAC technicians can help you optimize your HVAC system’s energy efficiency, which can save you money on your energy bills and reduce your carbon footprint. They can provide tips on how to improve insulation, reduce air leaks, and upgrade to more energy-efficient equipment. Better indoor air quality: HVAC technicians can help ensure that your home’s air quality is healthy and clean by regularly cleaning and changing air filters, maintaining proper ventilation, and installing air purifiers or humidifiers as needed. Knowledgeable advice: Living with an HVAC technician means you have a ready source of knowledgeable advice on all things related to heating and cooling systems. Maybe this article has already decided my fate for me!
