However, if you have an old window air conditioner that you need to have repaired, who are you going to pay to fix that window air conditioner? If you decide to pay an HVAC technician to fix your window air conditioner, you have to remember that HVAC technicians charge a lot. In fact, the HVAC technician will actually charge for the first hour of work on your window air conditioner than you would pay for a new window air conditioner. No matter how partial you might be to your old window air conditioner, it definitely isn’t worth the money to get your old window air conditioner repaired.
