Acquiring a real estate license can be quite beneficial
During the COVID lockdowns, there were so numerous people who lost their tasks. Unluckyly, my brother Jason was impacted by it as well, and his supplier split almost half their staff & he was caught in the middle of that… Of course, nobody is ever particularly prepared to lose their tasks prematurely, but occasionally it could be a blessing in disguise! For Jason, losing his task as a Foreman for a construction supplier was the largest blessing that he had in his life because he found another task, then within weeks of losing his task, he applied for a position with a property management supplier, & he landed it right away. His experience as a Foreman was ideal for him to transition into the new position… Part of his duties working for the property management supplier is to keep up with property repair & repairs! My brother is handy & can repair anything, so he was able to excel in this aspect of the task, but in fact, he was able to help the repair team with some of the backlog that they had pending for weeks. In addition to property repair, Jason was also required to think & understand proprietor-tenant laws, manage the tenants, collect rents & set budgets. Of course, prior to accepting the task with the property management supplier, he was required to acquire his real estate license to become a real estate agent in the state. It was something that he pursued prior to applying for the position. Once he got his license, so numerous openings opened up for him & eventually, he would care about to continue to grow & learn as much as he can within the industry.
