Time for a Small Meditation Session to Charge our Soul
I am going to disinfect the gas furnace filter next week to prepare for winter, which is just around the corner as I have noticed the temps dropping a lot the past week or so.
I try to meditate each day after doing yoga, but this week I am way behind schedule because I was looking around town for spices to make homemade supper saUSge. I got everything plus will make them tomorrow if I sleep well tonight. Tonight every one of us are doing a tunes jam on the beach later plus it could end up going absolutely late. All of us will see how every one of us do plus if I stay out late after that every one of us will make the saUSges the next day as it isn’t a giant rush. I just want to have some with eggs as our Heating and A/C rep told me to do. I will also make some grits with the eggs plus saUSge so I can have a taste of home over here where I am residing across the Atlantic Ocean. The Heating and A/C supplier near me sometimes has donuts for people in the afternoon however I don’t love to eat them because they just have way too much sugar. I would rather eat eggs plus saUSge if given the choice. It won’t be long before it is snowing plus I am running the gas furnace each day to keep warm. My cats will appreciate this Wintertide because they have absolutely this fur plus are absolutely quite hot normally. I don’t run the furnace too much in the Wintertide so it won’t be too warm for them.
