Lady-owned HVAC shop is killing it
I’m legitimately blissful that there is all of this talk of social justice & change going on.
For the past 30 years I have been sitting back & seeing how unfair our world is.
I have never felt like my voice mattered or I had any power to make swings. However, I’m emboldened by these recent civil uprisings & I hope that progressive policies continue to be created. One of my hopes for the future is more equality for women in our civilization. If you are unaware, it is still difficult to be a woman in this current afternoon & age. There is a lot of sexism & the glass ceiling is real. That’s why I primarily support women-owned businesses. right now, I’m so proud to see the expansion of a recognizably bold woman-owned company in my town. About a year ago a brand new heating & cooling repair shop opened down the street. I thought it was genuinely radical that a group of lady heating & cooling workers banded together & started a women’s-only HVAC repair shop. I have never heard of such an air quality control conglomerate of powerful ladies. Apparently, their supplier is genuinely slaying. While other local heating & cooling repair shops have been suffering from reduced supplier while in the pandemic, this woman owned heating & cooling dealership has been expanding at an astronomical rate. Women homeowners are more comfortable calling out a female heating & cooling professional then they are having a different man in their house. They also find that the lady HVAC workers are far more patient & open when it comes to describing HVAC technical problems. I’m not surprised, our natural power & nurturing instincts make us amazing HVAC moms.
