All air cleaners should have HEPA filters
I believe having an air cleaner is 1 of the greatest things that people can do for their household, especially if they are in a rental unit.
If you don’t have control over your air conditioner & heating equipment, or even just the quality of the building that you live in, having an air cleaner can entirely improve the air quality of your home. I would highly request having an air cleaner that uses HEPA filters because those are the best filters for purifying the air of tiny particles that no 1 can entirely see to the naked eye. I believe it’s absolutely pointless to have air cleaners without HEPA filters. If I’m being entirely tolerable though, I guess deep down that there are things that HEPA filters are missing in the filtration process, so realistically, both of us are regularly going to be breathing in some category of pollution. However, I believe with HEPA filters both of us can severely reduce the bad stuff both of us breathe in. I’m not entirely a germ freak or overreact about being around germs, but I’ve gotten pretty paranoid about it the past couple of years. My therapist & I have been entirely working together on overcoming these fears so that I can recognize relaxed again, despite the fact that I just recognize like so much fear was instilled within me from the media outlets that it’s difficult to remember what it’s like to not believe about those things again. I hope that 1 morning I reach a place of peace with all of this because I guess it isn’t wonderful for me to be so paranoid & upset about things that may be out of our control.
