I started a yoga class for pregnant women.

When I got pregnant, I found that I was having a more difficult time doing the yoga moves that I was used to doing.

My body was no longer built to do all those stretches and contortionists stick moves.

I talked to several other ladies in the class were thinking about dropping out and is much as we enjoyed the class, we couldn’t continue. One of our biggest concerns will what was going to happen after we had the baby. We were wondering if we could bring the babies to the class with us. Unfortunately, the instructor of the yoga class we were now in told us that they were not prepared to have pregnant women or nursing women in their classes. I can’t believe this. I was a certified yoga instructor when I moved to this area, and I always had pregnant women in the classes. We had to do some modifications in the moves, but these people didn’t seem to want to take the time to do that. The other ladies in the class and I decided we were going to start our own yoga class. I had a small yoga studio set up my home, but it was big enough to throw for five other mats on the floor. I spent the weekend coming up with what I thought was a fun yoga class for women who were read to 10 months pregnant. Since I had a private home, there was no problem with them bringing their babies with them, and even nursing there if necessary. I had a spare bedroom that would give them all the privacy they needed. Pregnant no longer meant that you needed to give up yoga.
