I liked our old house much better than the new one
The rental company will do nothing for us plus I am not about to pay for professional Heating & A/C service out of my own pocket
It seemed to be a good method when both of us first recommended it. The youngsters were gone, and so we started to think about selling our lake home plus then rent until both of us decided where we wanted to spend our retirement years. I remembered that my folks stayed in the lake home they raised us in. But it became far too much for them plus I think it played a part in their last years not being very good. And I didn’t want that to happen to us even though our home was great. I enjoyed nearly everything about it. The Heating & A/C was perfect for us and plus it kept us comfortable in all seasons. The location was also great and familiar plus felt just like home. But, it was giant, and then suddenly it was empty. Our charming lake home actually needed another family in it, and so we put it up for sale. It didn’t take long to get a contract on it. Fortunately, both of us were able to have a few weeks to downsize prior to moving to our newly rented condo. Everything was going to be fine. And while I wasn’t ecstatic with the change, there was also a certain element of excitement to it as well. That is, until it started to get warm. Then, we both found out why both of us enjoyed the Heating & A/C so much in our other house. The Heating & A/C method in our new home was so old that it was simply ridiculous. So now, I am angry and miserable inside this condo. The rental company will do nothing for us plus I am not about to pay for professional Heating & A/C service out of my own pocket. I’d say that both of us will be up for choosing a new location as soon as the lease is up.
