Unreliable service professionals make the job harder
I spent 15 years of our job laboring as a heating as well as a/c repair professional.
I like the job, but I was physically on able to continue laboring on repairs. The owner of the supplier put myself and others in a management spot. I still go out into the field every once in a while, however mostly I handle paperwork as well as all of the accounts. I have to make a schedule for all of the service professionals week by week. I get a lot of complaints about the schedule, especially when it gets closer to the summer time months. Summer is entirely the worst time of the year to request afternoons off when you work in the a/c repair field. Every afternoon while I was in the summer time is busy. I try to limit the number of men on getaway at a time. Only a single person can request it. I have more than one men that have become pretty close friends. Their families spend a lot of time together. Both men asked for Memorial Day weekend off as well as I told them that only a single of them could have the weekend. I left it up to the men to decide. Jack told myself and others he was going to take the weekend off as well as Paul was going to work, however neither a single of the men showed up on Friday. I was definitely afraid something love that might happen as well as our suspicions were confirmed when neither a single of the men came to work. They did not even bother to call with an excuse. They could have at least lied as well as tried to tell myself and others that they were sick. I tried calling both of the men numerous times throughout the weekend, however neither a single of them answered the iPhone.
