My wife and I started having a full-repair Heating and Air Conditioning tune-up performed on our heating and cooling equipment on a yearly basis. A few years ago, we spent a small fortune on a brand new, state of the art HVAC system. My wife and I were thrilled with our purchase, but we sure don’t want to spend that money again anytime soon, which means we need to take care of our HVAC system. When the repair tune up is performed, a lot of strange areas are attacked and examined thoroughly. A full-repair Heating and Air Conditioning tune-up includes an in-depth exam of all mechanical and electrical components. The heat pump or gas furnace is examined and all of the ventilation duct work is checked. The AC method is also cleaned and checked. The repair contractor inspects the HVAC duct, adjusts refrigerant levels, and checks all of the electrical connections. If there are any small troubles found while throughout the Heating and Air Conditioning tune-up, the contractor can take care of them before they become major troubles that may possibly damage the machine. Our Heating and Air Conditioning method is only 2 years old, so we haven’t had any major troubles identified during these service checks. I absolutely cannot ask for better repair after the sale. These gentlemen even call me every six weeks just to remind me to change the air filter. They help me stay on top of things.
