Storefront needs a new furnace

My store has numerous locations around the city.

One is located in a neighborhood near the airport, and there is a separate location downtown in the shopping district! A few weeks ago, the oil furnace in the downtown shop had to be replaced.

I called a commercial heating and cooling business. I spoke with the HVAC business regarding the terms as well as price for the oil furnace replacement. The guy showed up for the job with an oil furnace that was not what I ordered, then he apologized for the confusion. He wrote the order improperly. He had the up-to-date oil furnace the following day. The single-day delay did not bother me, given that I was just relieved to finally have the oil furnace fixed as well as working properly. I thought it was strange that the owner of the business didn’t handle his own booking keeping, although I am more meticulous at record-keeping than other people. When I spoke with the bookkeeper, I found out exactly why the bill was so high. The business tried to bill me for both of the oil furnaces. It took a few hours to sort out the mess, although I wasn’t going to spend my money on the bill until it was correct.
