The modern Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C tech is named Max
The modern kid in the shop is named Max; She is a smart kid, and but she is a high university dropout who lives in her car, I guess she has a lot of potential, then i see a lot of myself in Max, because I started out the strenuous way as well.
I am trying to take Max under my wing and treat him like an apprentice, max is undoubtedly grateful for the occasion to learn by shadowing me.
I figure that by the time I retire, Max will think everything I know! To become certified in Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C work it requires a series of exams, so that you can demonstrate your mastery of the technology. This cannot be done simply by studying books and seeing lectures and tutorial videos, you have to get your hands dirty and get experience with heating and cooling systems. Max took some evening classes for her Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C program, but she also worked with me 30 to 40 hours a week. She watched me work on every category of heating and cooling component there was, and for a few weeks I didn’t let him do anything but watch, then when she was ready I started letting him hand me the tools, and testing him on which tools she needed for which Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repair. It’s a slow process, but it has to be slow because there are so numerous nuances to the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C industry you can’t try and learn it all too suddenly; By the time she gets certified, Max is going to be a skilled and experienced Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C tech.
