Adding heated flooring to our dining room

I decided to redo our master dining room and bathroom.

My wife was originally easily against the idea.

She said the space was good as it is and didn’t want to spend the money. Well I make our own money and am more than capable of doing the project. I did the whole remodeling job on our own. I repainted both rooms, added modern lights, switch plate covers and vent covers. I even installed a modern toilet, shower controls and a faucet. I got a quartz business that laid down a modern countertop for the sink. The last area was doing the floors. I had carpet in the dining room and an old laminate in the bathroom that I hated. What I did was rip both up, laid down stone board, heated flooring and then I put penny cement down. The penny cement was ungodly lavish and I will never admit how much because people will judge me. The heated flooring made the cost even higher too. My wife said we live down south so heating wasn’t that necessary. We had a toiling central gas furnace too. I knew I would want heated flooring with the tile. I believe I get colder in the Winter time than she does. Having heating in our dining room that doesn’t affect him would be perfect. It also is a silent system that doesn’t allow heat to rise. I figured out how to do the heating replacement and set it up. I now have heated flooring and I don’t regret it 1 bit. It is the best feature of our dining room.
