Last week’s our wifey plus I called the service repair because we had some concerns with the heat pump, but neither a single of us expected to hear terrible news, but the service repair told us that the heat pump needed to be replaced, however the news was devastating to both of us, but all of us had to get a loan from the bank to spend our money for the current equipment. The current heat pump plus a/c are extremely energy efficient. All of us bought an 18 Seer machine. At first, things were going easily well with the current machine. The beach house was freezing plus freezing even when the thermostat was set at 70°, but last month there was no air at all when I woke up in the day. The thermostat was on, but the A/C component was not running at all. It should have been, because the temperature inside of the beach house was 76°. I contacted the contractor that installed the Heating plus A/C unit, because our system was still under warranty.
