Could have prevented Heating plus A/C breakdown

Life is full of enough disadvantages without doing myself in. But recently, I made an error of omission that ended up unquestionably costing me. But he told myself and others that had I remembered to get the Heating plus A/C heating maintenance, this breakdown never would have occurred.
