Better respiratory health through HVAC upgrade

I’m all for being my best self these days.

And I’m finally comfortable with what it takes to live that way.

This has been something I’ve always wanted to do but just never had the discipline and motivation to change my lifestyle. For nearly 2 decades, I went from sitting in the zone controlled HVAC of the office to then sitting in my recliner at home in the air conditioning. In between, I watched a lot of TV and indulged my appetites for junk food and plenty of craft beers. That’s a recipe for poor health for sure. Thankfully, I took some early warning signs about my health to heart and finally initiated change. It was slow at first as I started by simply getting out of the air conditioning for a walk. I did this at lunch and again when I got home. This became a behavior which then welcomed in all sorts of other healthy behaviors. Before I knew it, I wasn’t even sitting all day in the zone controlled HVAC at work. Instead, I was standing at my desk and working for much of the day. And my recliner got lonesome as I spent far less time in it than I had. One good decision led to another and now I’ve upgraded the HVAC equipment to get great indoor air quality. Good indoor air is essential to good respiratory health and immune strength. I now have a whole home air purification system in our home. It works inside the HVAC equipment and produces the highest quality indoor air you can get. And it’s so good for our bodies as well as our noses. Our house smells cleaner and fresher than it ever has.
