Can I take Heating, Ventilation, & A/C classes at the technical school?
The local technical school was offering Summer classes that would result in a certificate of completion.
I wondered if you could take Heating, Ventilation, & A/C classes at the technical school.
If I could take an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C course, I could possibly get my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C certification & it would get Mom off my back about getting a job. The next day, I went to the local technical school & asked about the courses they were offering this summer. I wanted to recognize if they also provided Heating, Ventilation, & A/C classes? They told me they did offer Heating, Ventilation, & A/C classes however they took more than three weeks. It was a various month course & I had to then take a class so I could prepare for the certification exam. If I was lucky & got enjoyable grades, I could be provided an apprenticeship with a local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation & get paid while waiting for my certification. They said I would go along with an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker on his daily inspections & repair, & act as his gopher, & get paid to do it. Even being a gopher sounded great at that time. I wasn’t sure what I was going to tell my Mom when I got home, because he would surely begin asking what I was wasting my time doing this week. I decided to come out & tell him the truth. I wanted him to recognize I had signed up for classes at the local technical school. Six weeks from now, I could possibly be an apprentice Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker & looking at being a full-time professional Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker.
