I wish the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech had arrived just various hours earlier.

As soon as I realized there was a concern with the furnace, I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer. I didn’t want to tell them it was an emergency, however I knew I didn’t have a lot of time before the furnace died completely. It was well below freezing, & if the furnace did die, it wouldn’t be long before the pipes would begin to freeze. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker was supposed to be at the apartment by noon, however 12PM came & went. It was nearly 4PM when the furnace quit laboring, & not long after when the pipes began to freeze. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker showed up about 7PM & by that time, there was frost on the windows & ice forming in the toilet bowls. I had my faucets dripping enough to try to keep the pipes from freezing, however it wasn’t laboring plus I thought it would. When the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker arrived, I was sure the pipes had already frozen. He went downstairs to look at the furnace, however I was sure it wouldn’t be enjoyable news. If he had only showed up various hours earlier, I knew I wouldn’t have frozen pipes & I would have a laboring furnace. When he came back upstairs, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech told me the pipes were fine, & it was just a glitch in the system. The furnace was laboring fine. I worried for almost more than six hours as I thought of everything that could go wrong with the furnace. I thought about needing to have modern pipes installed, & blissful that it wasn’t needed.
