Last week I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to make an appointment to have our A/C unit cleaned and tested. I had a repair agreement, and I knew this repair was free, per our agreement. They had a new PC operator, and I could barely understand her. I have to divulge that nothing irritates me more than when a supplier hires someone with broken English, and puts them on as an operator. I am a senior citizen with terrible hearing. I have a taxing enough time understanding anyone on the PC, but I was really upset. The boy from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier was more rude to me than I even thought of getting with her. When I asked his to repeat what I said, he told me to get hearing aids. I told his that I wanted to have our A/C unit tested, and I heard his mumble something. When I asked his why he couldn’t understand that all I wanted to do was have servicing done on our A/C unit, he hung up on me. I got a call back from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business, about multiple hours later. The man apologized and told me the boy was not supposed to be answering the PC. She then asked what Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair I wanted, and had an appointment set up for the next afternoon. I was so worried over the entire conversation that I hung up and decided it was time to make a change in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier I was using. I’m sure they would not let young children play on the supplier PC.
