It’s no secret that I can absolutely use all the help I can get when it comes to looking after myself.
It’s not something that exactly comes naturally to me.
I wasn’t the child in athletic interests or in the gym growing up. No, I preferred the air conditioning or toiling on the laptop. That’s sort of how that went for me. So as the decades have sort of dripped away, I found myself to not be in the best of shape. And so getting locked down in the air conditioning of our house was really the best thing for me. It totally threw off our old, self destructive routine and allowed some fantastic sense behaviors to take root. That’s turns out to be a wonderful thing. I started stepping out of the air conditioning to prefer the fresh air and get in a brisk walk. From there, other fluctuations showed themselves. And I even l received all about the importance of indoor air conditions when it comes to overall health. I really thought that the Heating and A/C equipment was really cleaning the air inside our house. That’s why I thought I was changing the air filter every month. Turns out, that air filter was really there to protect the Heating and A/C equipment and not our health. So that bit of information got me to looking online where I l received all about indoor air conditions. And it was pretty astonishing really. It didn’t take long before I made some fluctuations. The first thing I did was to update the cheap air filter with a HEPA filter. That made a substantial difference as a HEPA filter unlinks more than 99 percent of the airborne contaminants in the air.
