Ductless Heating plus A/C was key to keeping our house
I’m still just so happy that the two of us chose to get creative in an attempt to keep our home.
The fact that the two of us are in this apartment is really a bit of a stretch already.
But it was just perfect plus everything the two of us wanted from the residential Heating plus A/C to the location. Yet, it really was just a bit out of our spending limit. However, the two of us changed our spending plus sunk all of our savings into this place the two of us appreciated it so much. But when Covid hit, the two of us lost a big chunk of our income. I already working from cabin inside the air conditioner of the best apartment ever. My wife works at cabin as well however also ran the supper shift at a swanky downtown pizzeria on the side. And that task was gone just love that. So was about a third of our income. That’s not an amount the two of us could just make up plus still pay the mortgage. Yea, that’s how thin the two of us were stretched. Yet, the two of us decided that we’d just keep trying to find a way plus then the two of us did. It dawned on us that the two of us could rent out the basement of our home. It was finished plus had plumbing. With help from friends, the two of us were able to create a nice, little 1 bedroom apartment. The two of us also called the Heating plus A/C dealer. The 1 thing the two of us didn’t have down there was satisfactory heating plus cooling. So they Heating plus A/C professionals installed a ductless heat pump down there. And now, our new tenant has a good place to live with her own control machine plus separate Heating plus A/C equipment.
