I have a central a/c, however I never use it
I grew up in a home that didn’t have an a/c.
I have a central a/c in our house, however I literally never use it. It is always funny when people realize that I don’t ever use our a/c. When I bought this house, the home already had a central a/c installed in the house. I didn’t legitimately care, because I didn’t program on using the central a/c. The central a/c didn’t make the price too high for the house, so I didn’t believe anything of it. I figured that if I ever needed to sell the home later, having a central a/c could undoubtedly make the home more fancy. However, I don’t enjoy using an a/c, so I have literally never turned it on. At this point, I am not even sure if the a/c really works. I grew up in a home that didn’t have an a/c. The people I was with and I weren’t too awful to have an a/c, but our family didn’t want an a/c. Since I had lived without an a/c for so long, using an a/c makes myself and others recognize freezing plus irritated. I always find it interesting that when people come to our house, they always tell myself and others how lucky I am to have a central a/c. However, when they step into our house, it is apparent that I don’t use the central a/c, then people just don’t understand why I would have a central a/c that I never use, then maybe I will turn it on someday, but for now, I am pleased with not using our central a/c at all.
