Things were unbelievable mostly with our roommate during our Springtime semesters
When I decided to become our buddy’s roommate when I got into school, I thought it was going to be great.
I figured the people I was with and I would have parties all the time and our apartment would be the number one locale to be… Well, from the start the people I was with and I struggled with air quality troubles and the Heating and Air Conditioning system didn’t work especially well.
When the people I was with and I asked the landlord if he would repair the Heating and Air Conditioning, he would regularly come up with some excuse not to do anything. He might send the handyman out, however he wouldn’t do much. He mostly would just check the Heating and Air Conditioning and then tell us to hire an Heating and Air Conditioning professional! Both of us finally ended up looking into local Heating and Air Conditioning services. Both of us had an Heating and Air Conditioning professional come out and he provided a tune-up for the cooling system. I couldn’t know how well the cooling system was working after this guy was done. I thought that was going to be money the people I was with and I would never get back, but our neighbor insisted the people I was with and I take that out of the rent. Both of us showed the receipt for the necessary Heating and Air Conditioning repair and said that was the landlord’s responsibility. He didn’t give us a hard time or anything and I was glad that our Heating and Air Conditioning was working better. Both of us changed the air filters regularly and I l acquired that the better quality the air filters, the better air quality the people I was with and I experienced in general. Both of us did have some troubles over the years living together, but overall the people I was with and I had a unbelievable time. The only real issue was fighting over who’s turn it was to do certain chores love cleaning the bathroom.
