I woke up very early in the morning and headed straight to the bathroom to take a shower as was my routine every morning. By doing so there was a very slim chance of getting later for work. The minute the first drop of water fell on my body I jumped out of the shower so fast because the water was ice cold. It felt like it had cut through my skin. I did a quick survey and I was almost certain that I would be calling the heating business for a boiler repair because even the kitchen water from the hot water faucet was cold. This was the second time in that year that the electric furnace had failed me again. At the back of my mind, I knew that the furnace was nearing the end of its lifespan. Budgeting for a new electric heater was something that I was not ready for. When the HVAC repairman came and fixed the issue but told me that we could patch it a little longer but it was time I thought about the next heat and AC product that I was going to invest in. I went online to check the price of a heat pump and hydronic heating and I nearly fell off my seat. My financial standing was that bad.
