I Love The Sound Of The AC System Outside By The Pool
One of the oddest sounds that reminds myself and others of summer time is the sound of our a/c equipment turning on and off while we’re kneeling by the pool in our backyard, then it’s not the normal sound that would bring other people’s minds back to summer, but it is for me.
- I’ve consistently lived in a condo with a swimming pool in the backyard, even when I was a young child.
It was really pressing that my fiance and I bought a condo with a swimming pool when we were condo hunting many years ago! Swimming was one of my fondest memories and I knew it would be fun for our children as well, but like I expected, our condenser equipment is right next to the pool, and every time it kicks into gear, I hear it, and you really can’t miss the sound. I’ve grown to really love the soft hum that it makes; However, when I was kneeling outside by the pool yesterday and I didn’t hear the condenser equipment kick on, I became anxious, the more I thought about it, the more I remembered how hot it was inside our house. I assumed one of the youngsters touched the thermostat settings and changed the temperature, which was why it was feeling warm. However, our AC just wasn’t working and I didn’t realize until I was outside by the pool. I called the HVAC corporation instantly and asked them to come service the AC system. They said I called them just in time, because we could’ve had some serious AC mangle if we neglected it.
