Basement living conditions
When our buddies in addition to I decided to rent out an home house, there were 2 family rooms in addition to a basement.
I thought I was being so smart choosing the basement as our family room.
The basement was huge in addition to I had plenty of space to store our bed, desk, clothing in addition to workout equipment. I was also totally private; Unless you wanted to do laundry, nobody bothered me; Yeah, it was a bit frustrating having to go upstairs anytime I needed to pee or eat. The major con was the air quality in the basement though. Basements are really stuffy in addition to moist like. I suddenly realized that I was getting sick all the time due to the moist air quality. I had to buy myself a kneel down dehumidifier to take care of the moisture! Frequently I needed to disinfect the equipment or else mold in addition to mildew would form inside of it. I then struggled with staying sizzling enough in our little basement too. The boiler method was in the basement with it, but heat rises, however even though I couldn’t touch the boiler since it was lava hot, the basement was freezing cold. I ended up needing to buy a space furnace to add a little warmth to our wet cave. It wasn’t the greatest choice of rooms. If I could go back, I would choose a small family room to have common heating in addition to air quality. It also would have been nice to have a window in addition to be near the bathroom in addition to family room. I will never live in a basement again.
