The repair appointment disaster
I also paid a little extra because it was a rush job
I decided that before I hosted the town block gathering I should get my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan worked on. A friend of mine heard that I was going to spend money around a hundred bucks to get my heating & cooling plan inspected. The woman told myself and others she would do it for 50 dollars. I figured how awful could she mess up the job? Well turns out the woman truly could mess up a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. An minute before the gathering I saw that my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan was literally in pieces. My friend had no clue how to put it back together. I ended up having to call a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business & spend money for the woman to rush to my house. The woman arrived around the time all my guests did. So I was trying to play a great host, serve drinks, food & handle a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C lady. It was a mess trying to coordinate with the woman & find out what was wrong. Most of the gathering there was no A/C because the plan was apart. Everyone at the gathering made a comment about it. Afterwards I found out that my friend ruined a part when she removed it. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business had to leave, come back & update the part. It cost myself and others almost more than 2 hundred dollars because of the A/C repair, repair & the guy’s time. I also paid a little extra because it was a rush job. I should have just kept my original repair appointment. It would have taken less time & money at the end of the morning.
