The old home definitely needed an HVAC makeover
The plan that we could be homeowners has always been sort of a longshot.

Actually, that is entirely understating it. That meant that any new dwelling we were going to own would be a project that we could get at the finest price. Fortunately for us, that has finally happened. The new dwelling is well over 50 years old however the structure is so sound that it will outlast us for certain. Yet there is plenty of work to do with the HVAC appliance, the kitchen, the roof as well as a ton of other details. This being the plan, we knew we were in for a difficult time. The first thing to be detached as well as replaced was the HVAC appliance. Although we weren’t residing there, we still needed HVAC comfort to get all the work completed. Our HVAC people were simply instrumental in helping us figure out just how to redo the HVAC appliance. The heating & cooling we inherited was a pretty awful mix of HVAC methods. This included a terribly outdated as well as insufficient central air HVAC appliance. It was so horrible that the previous owners simply added HVAC window appliances as well as section furnaces to help with heating & cooling. That all got torn out. On the suggestion of our HVAC people, we decided to replace all that with a series of ductless HVAC appliances. This has worked quite well for us given the minimal replacement process. Both of us are also looking forward to the wonderful efficiency that comes with ductless HVAC appliances.
