I’m having allergies from dirty ductwork
I’ve been meaning to call the heating dealer, because I want to have the ductwork cleaned plus sanitized; my pollen irritations have been very terrible lately plus I am not sleeping very well.
It seems that I spend hours plus hours tossing plus turning plus trying to fall asleep.
I wake up with a scratchy throat plus a cough. I spend most of the afternoon sneezing plus just sniffling. I assume that I am tired plus cranky plus our friends plus family are starting to notice this developing bad mood. I suppose these pollen irritations have been acting up plus I suppose this is the reason why I’m not sleeping; not too many years ago I had the ductwork cleaned plus sanitized plus it really helped alleviate some of the dust sensitivity symptoms that I assume everyday. Also, a long commercial on television every afternoon is a quick reminder that it’s time to disinfect the ductwork. The heating, ventilation and A/C contractor commercial plays every afternoon during the news plus the evening programming. I set an alarm on our phone so I can call the heating, ventilation and A/C contractor tomorrow morning when they open. I suppose the tune-up will very help the device work better, during the heating, ventilation and A/C tune-up the serviceman checks on all of the crucial systems. They check the mechanical plus the electrical parts plus they change the air filter. They also disinfect plus sanitize the ductwork upon request. I guess that I’ll opt for that extra repair this time since our pollen irritations are already really bad. I hope they have an open appointment for later during the week so I don’t have to wait very long.
