After getting sleepy of hearing about our renter complain about their high heat and air bills, I decided to try something different in our rental properties… Now, whenever I purchase a property to rent out, I unconnect the central heat and air and install ductless mini split systems. I sell the old central Heating & A/C unit for a discounted price, which gives myself and others the money to pay for the current ductless mini split systems. The reason I opted for a ductless mini split plan is because our trusted Heating & A/C professional recommended it to me. He told myself and others they could be added to any of the rooms I selected, and they would only heat and cool that particular room. Since the ductless mini split plan was only responsible for heating and cooling one room, it would run a lot more efficiently! Different family members could adjust the room they were in to whatever temperature they desired, which would prevent the thermostat from consistently being changed in order to suit individual people. They could also switch each ductless plan on and off whenever they wanted. Thankfully, it would not take long for each room to heat and cool because the ductless plan was very powerful. I also loved how the ductless mini split plan was sleek and could be affixed to any wall. This would prevent our renters from complaining about an eyesore piece of equipment. So far, I haven’t had any complaints from our renters about their heat and air bills in the properties with our current ductless mini split systems.
