For the past few weeks I have been waking up in the afternoon thinking that I am going through early menopause.
I keep waking up in my bed sweaty and my sheets are soaking wet.
I have tried sleeping in different pjs and decreasing my sheets to a different fabric, but that doesn’t seem to be helping at all, then so am I trying to figure out what is going on with me. Well, I got to thinking about it after talking to my mom about going into early menopause and she started laughing at me. She told myself and others that she thinks I just need to adjust the temperature on my thermostat and make my room a little bit cooler before I go to bed. So I am going to test out my mom’s theory and see if adjusting the thermostat will absolutely help my sleeping situation. Turns out that mom’s absolutely do suppose best because I woke up nice and dry! Also, I was a little frigid when I woke up which was superb because I was able to snuggle in my sheets a little bit longer without being grossed out that I was sitting in my own sweat. I should have talked to my mom about my air conditioning concerns way before this because if I had I would have been able to avoid waking up sweaty for the past few weeks; Always adjust the temperature of your thermostat folks!
