For the past few weeks I have been waking up in the day thinking that I am going through early menopause.
I keep waking up in our bed covered in sweat plus our sheets are soaking wet.
I have tried sleeping in unusual pjs plus increasing our sheets to a unusual fabric, but that doesn’t seem to be helping at all, then so am I trying to figure out what is going on with me. Well, I got to thinking about it after talking to our mom about going into early menopause plus he started laughing at me. She told me that he thinks I just need to adjust the temperature on our thermostat plus make our room a little bit cooler before I go to bed. So I am going to test out our mom’s theory plus see if increasing the thermostat will absolutely help our sleeping situation. Turns out that mom’s absolutely do believe best because I woke up nice plus dry! Also, I was a little cold when I woke up which was great because I was able to snuggle in our sheets a little bit longer without being grossed out that I was sitting in our own sweat. I should have talked to our mom about our A/C complications way before this because if I had I would have been able to avoid waking up covered in sweat for the past few weeks; Always adjust the temperature of your thermostat folks!
