Playing tunes in a boiler heated ski cottage

We just got another gig in a ski cottage for the winter, which is pretty cool considering the season won’t start for another ten months.

I assume my associate and I can line up five shows a evening as well as make $2000 a week rotating between odd resorts each week. My buddy and I would entirely stay in my bandmate’s cottage on the mountain for two months as well as do as many shows as our bodies will allow us. If my associate and I did a ten week stint there my associate and I could pocket $10K each plus tips, so that would be a pretty fantastic buffer in the bank for us both. Heating as well as cooling system work, which is what I am doing now, is going to have to be sited on the back burner if my associate and I do that many shows, because trying to labor on a heat pump or fireplace at 8am after a long evening of tunes is not going to happen, i am more worried about doing fun shows as well as making people cheerful than trying to gain a bunch of money. I will keep doing my HVAC tech labor until next winter as well as then hang out by fireplaces as well as boilers to stay sizzling while my associate and I entertain the skiers as well as snowboarders. It should be a memorable experience playing tunes up there in the mountains with my neighbor as well as bandmate, which is what life is all about in the end isn’t it? My buddy and I need to labor now at the heating as well as cooling dealership as well as save money for next winter so that my associate and I don’t have to do HVAC system labor while my associate and I are gigging.
