Houses with tall trees, natural cooling

I’ll tell you without pause that there’s no way I can ever move back to my apartment state, but it took me a long time to feel this way, as I had to cope with the distance between my family & best friends on earth, however now I realize what an excruciating arena I used to live in, and what was so terrible, you ask? Haha, let me tell you. I am from the northern Midwest, where there is no such thing as a nice afternoon, however the air is always either -10 degrees outside, with windchill that brings the realfeel closer to -25, or else it’s 110 degrees outdoors, with humidity that pushes the perceived temperature towards 120. There is essentially no Spring or fall season, & instead the air temperature stays low until about May when it swings wildly from bitterly cold to ridiculously hot in the course of a week. There’s no relief from the continually excruciating air quality, & most people is forced to operate their A/C units & heaters year round. It’s ridiculously high-priced to operate Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit 24/7, & the indoor air quality never feels recognizably good anyways, since it’s impossible to let fresh air into the house! On top of all that, the terrain is flat & boring, & there are wild winds that occasion up across the low lying scenery. In contrast, where I live now is covered with tall & good trees. This arborous neighborhood is surrounded by historic vegetation, which improve the look & feel of the region while also improving the air quality outdoors. The trees give shady protection from the hot sun, & wooded protection from dire winds. There are more than 2 options to care about the wondrous scenery outdoors, & my pal and I even get to turn off our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems from time to time.
