Styles of toilets available

When we remodeled the master bathroom, choosing a toilet turned into a surprising amount of debate.

The toilet is a vital part of the bathroom.

It’s something we use every day, and I wanted to invest wisely. The bathroom renovation was an extremely involved and expensive project. I was determined to be happy with all of my decisions. I had never given much thought to toilets or the various types available. There are two-piece options that consiste of a separate tank and bowl. One-piece toilets offer a more seamless, integrated design and are easier to clean. However, this style costs a bit more. Wall-mounted toilets are more visually appealing because the tank is concealed in the wall but the installation and purchase is quite expensive. The flush mechanis is also import because it effects the overall functionality. Gravity flush means that the toilet uses the force of gravity. They offer a quieter flush but aren’t as efficient. Pressure-assisted flush uses compressed air to force water into the bowl, providing a more powerful flush that does a better job removing waste. There are toilets marked with the WaterSense Label, proving the fixture meets EPA standards for water efficiency. Dual-flush toilets allow a choice between a full or partial flush, which helps with conserving water. There are round and elongatedbowls available. Round is more compact while the elongated bowls take up more space but elevate comfort. I also learned that toilets are designed in different heights. Standard is approsimately fifteen inches from the floor to the bowl rim. “Comfort height” toilets are a little taller, measuring around seventeen to nineteen inches high. They are helpful for anyone with mobility issues. I consulted with my plumber to determine a good quality manufacturer and model of toilet.
