I needed a new furnace that was energy efficient
When I bought this house, I knew that it was going to require a great deal of remodeling it. I thought that I could take my time and get things done throughout the year. I only work 4 days a week, because I work 12 hour days. That means there are three days throughout the week when I can work on problems in the house. So far I’ve been able to remodel the master bathroom and bedroom and put new flooring in the kitchen. It’s getting closer to Winter now and I know that means that I will need a reliable furnace. The furnace in this house has not been used in a long time. The date on the model is 15 years ago so I decided to contact a local furnace installation company. The furnace installation company sent a service technician to investigate and review the system. I patiently waited while the guy performed the service. I was anxious to find out the results. The service technician agreed with my deduction. I needed to buy a brand new furnace and he suggested something that was much more energy efficient and up-to-date. The service technician gave me a bunch of different options and a pamphlet with all of the information about the payments and financing. I paid a small service fee that day for the exploratory diagnostic, but the fee was deducted from the total price of the furnace installation after I scheduled the appointment. The new furnace has an Energy Efficiency rating that is much higher than the old furnace and this heating system should easily last at least 10 or 15 years if I take care of it.
